As expected, the Tackiness series really impresses — the grip on the ball stood out. It might be especially well suited to a close-to-the-table playing style.

This is one of my favorite rubbers — everything a modern chopper needs is packed into this one sheet. The tackiness isn't as strong as Chop. Bouncing a ball on it doesn't feel all that different, but you can tell once you actually hit with it. Of course, you still get plenty of spin on your chops, so if you've been struggling to attack chance balls while chopping, I think this rubber is a good fit. I also think it's a great option for the backhand of drive-style players. Personally, I felt chiquita was plenty easy to pull off with this rubber too. If you're a chopper who wants to add a bit more offense, or a drive player who's not sure what to put on their backhand, this is one I'd really recommend.
The serves are also quite spinny thanks to the tackiness. I'd recommend it to anyone who struggles to put spin on their serves too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This is a solid tacky rubber for a normal spin player in the table tennis world! The serves turned out to be surprisingly nasty! Control is really high, so it handles spin beautifully! Even in crazy rallies you can hang in there with decent spin! You can also block your opponent's hard hits reliably. I actually beat someone using Nittaku Hurricane 2 on both sides with this rubber! In table tennis, spin is basically magic! Everyone should definitely give this a try!

This is the rubber I'm currently using. It doesn't produce much speed, so if you don't have a lot of power I think a carbon blade would help. But it's amazing how much spin you get at this price. I'd recommend it to beginners with tacky rubber, or beginners looking for a rubber that generates spin.

I'm in high school right now, and I made it to the semifinals of the district rookie tournament qualifiers using this rubber on both sides. Above all, this rubber's control is the best.

This rubber is good for people who tend to overshoot a lot on their backhand, but for someone who just wants to improve normally, I'd recommend a different rubber.

I bought this as my second rubber back when I was a beginner.
I remember doing multi-ball practice with the club team I was on at the time that was so intense with this rubber that it nearly wrecked my legs.
Now, this rubber doesn't give you as much speed or spin as today's high-tension rubbers, but (well, that's only natural, I guess) I don't think the control is bad at all.
Butterfly seems to market the Flextra as a rubber for beginners, but I think you could go straight for this Tackiness Drive and be completely fine.
