    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly rated as a user-friendly racket rubber for beginners with excellent control, though criticized for lack of speed and poor adaptability to modern table tennis. While praised for decent spin and easy handling, concerns remain about durability and diminishing tackiness over time.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Superior control properties ideal for beginners
    • Low tackiness makes it easier to use than standard sticky rubbers
    • Insufficient speed and poor bounce characteristics
    • Adequate spin generation but somewhat lacking
    • Variable durability with reports of rapid degradation
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveControl is the strongest feature; achieved semi-final placement in district tournament using this rubber on both sides as a high school student.
▽ CriticalA relic of the glue era unable to handle modern fast-paced table tennis. Lacks bounce and spin generation, making alternative rubbers preferable even for beginners.

At this price, I think the performance is good

The spin is decent too, I think

      The control was really good

The speed was a bit lacking

      It's good for beginners.

Intermediate players might want to go with WRM instead

      Sergei The sheet is hard.

      Reviews by user

It's a Japanese-made tacky rubber, but the sheet has almost no tackiness.
If anything, it's oddly smooth (lol)
The sponge isn't that hard, but the sheet is really hard. It doesn't deform easily.

Serves, the short game, and loops actually spin surprisingly well, but once you get used to modern rubbers, you won't be able to use this one anymore.
If your swing isn't fast, you won't get much spin, and control becomes difficult too.

It might be good for choppers who don't back off too far from the table, but I don't think there's any other type of player who could make good use of it.

For better or worse, it's a rubber with no particular characteristics, lol
The good part is the control
The bad part is the lack of speed
If you read old reviews and think "oh, it bounces decently," and then use it, if you're used to modern table tennis it'll feel way too dead to use...
It's a product of the glue era, lol
I'd recommend it to beginners or to people who want to try an old-school rubber!

Even though it's marketed for offensive players, it was a bit too hard and a bit hard to put spin on, so it just didn't suit me.

This is a really average rubber. The only downside is that, for a tacky rubber, it's a bit hard to put spin on. But that's just "for a tacky rubber" — it's not like you can't put spin on it at all! It's easy to attack with too, and it's stable for chops — you can even chop back a smash solidly. It doesn't really have strengths or weaknesses, so it's quirk-free and easy to use. If I had to name one issue, it's that this rubber doesn't really have any particular characteristic. It feels like a Sriver with more spin and a bit of a performance boost. I'd recommend it for choppers and defensive-style players!

I think that I also 178 yen but various certain (Experience: 6〜10 years) Good control ☆

      Reviews by user

Control is great ☆ The tackiness is so-so. If you ask whether it's there or not, it's there, but just a little. I'd recommend it for the backhand ♪ Personally I like the sheet. If Mark V is like a glossy enamel finish, this feels more like a smooth matte finish. It looks nice and clean~ ^o^

The sheet isn't very tacky, but it still has that distinctive tacky-rubber ball-holding feel, so it's a good rubber if you're using a tacky rubber for the first time.
It's just the right softness, so control is stable, and it's quite easy to use.
