I put it on my backhand. The power and spin are amazing. That said, I felt like without good timing on my own impact, my swing gets left behind. I think it pairs well with a lighter tension rubber.

Used at max thickness on the forehand of a penhold blade. I've tried it on wood, inner carbon, and outer carbon blades, and it matches with all of them. When I pressed on the rubber it felt somewhat hard, but when I actually hit with it, it didn't feel that hard. Even without much skill, I could produce shots with both spin and speed. I felt the spin exceeded Tenergy. Speed varies depending on the user's skill, but on average I don't think it produces particularly fast balls. I think it's an easy transition whether you're coming from Chinese rubber or tension rubber. That said, I felt the lifespan was short, so that's something to watch out for.

I'm a chopper.
I hit with the one my coach was using.
On forehand hits I felt a bit of hardness, but on drives it didn't feel that hard. If you hit it flat/meaty, you get an unpleasant, wobbly ball. And you can produce it consistently too. If you brush it, you get a ball with a high arc.
Looping backspin balls was really easy to do, just like Wattasan said, and even when I got jammed and had to hit it with a cramped arm, I could still hit a speed drive.
As for the main event, chopping - since it's a tacky tension rubber, it doesn't fly much and stays stable. Hard shots are also easy to hold down. Even with an attacking blade, I could chop plenty well. The sound of the ball hitting is a sharp "thwack," so it's hard to tell apart from a no-spin chop. Of course, cutting with real spin is very easy to do.
For choppers, I think this suits people who are good at either going for a decisive kill shot right out of a hard chop, or mixing things up with variation.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I tried this quite a while after it came out, lol
My practice time had dropped and I was struggling to get the most out of Dignics 05 on my forehand, so when I heard that F. Lebrun - who plays penhold with a reverse backhand like me - uses it, and read some rubber reviews, I felt it might be close in feel to Skyline (soft sheet with good grip, but a hard sponge), so I decided to buy it!
I'll only note my impressions from using it on the forehand!There's no tricky technique needed - I was able to get high quality shots with every technique!
It might also be down to compatibility with my blade, but it felt like a tension version of Skyline! (Though I used Skyline more than two years ago, so take that with a grain of salt)I'd heard it's said to be similar to Dignics 09C, but in my impression, people who find 09C hard to handle would find this one easier to use!
In Karahashi Table Tennis's review video, there was a comment that Dignics 09C is a tacky rubber where the surface itself feels sticky, while Hybrid K3 is a rubber where the tackiness is kneaded right into the sheet - and I felt that was exactly right!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I wouldn't recommend this to beginners or players without much power, but I'd recommend it to powerful players like high school boys and up.
Good points
- Easy to loop backspin
Because the sheet is strong, it's quite easy to lift the ball.
- Easy to hit speed drives
Since the drive draws an arc, it's easy to hit speed drives where you brush the ball while adding spin.
When I played against a chopper, I could smash them away with ease.
- Easy to counter
If you brush upward it goes over, so instead of upward, pushing forward makes it land in.
- Easy to block
Even though drives are faster than with tension rubber, blocks stop the ball dead.
- Easy short-game technique
Both stops and flicks are easy to do.Bad points
- Doesn't spin as much as you'd expect
For a tacky rubber, it doesn't generate as much spin as you'd think.
- Probably not much of the weird wobbly balls
When I attack with it, I don't feel like I get as many odd bouncing balls as expected.
- The rubber is on the heavy side
If you put it on both sides, including the blade weight it probably comes to around 190g.Overall it's well balanced and easy to use.
That said, if you put it on a wooden blade it becomes a rubber that barely bounces at all, so it's better matched with a blade that has special materials in it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

The bounce is on the mild side and it's not that fast. The arc doesn't come automatically either. If you get a bit of a grabbing feel on the ball, the spin is completely different. Personally the feel reminds me of a harder G1 with good grip, and the ball quality is close to G1 too - overall clean, with only occasional erratic balls. Since it doesn't fly too much, topspin rallies are pretty easy to do.
I think more people are extending their swing on the backhand these days, so using it on the backhand or on both sides with K3 is also an option.Spin

I'm using it on the forehand, and the spin is just amazing.
I originally used tension rubber, and I can swing the same way with no problems. It really produces a nice arc. So backspin balls are really easy to loop. Also, on flicks in the short game, even if you make thin contact it still lifts the ball up properly. Speed comes out well too since the sponge is very hard. But if I had to point out a downside, this rubber feels really hard to me. It works because I use it on the forehand, but when I tried it on the backhand it was too hard and the ball just wouldn't fly. (People who are strong on the backhand might be different.) Still, I think the lack of any real quirks is what's good about this rubber. Definitely worth trying at least once.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
