Everyone else is comparing this to Dignics, but I haven't used Dignics much, so my comparison ends up being with Rozena instead.
The sponge feels a bit firmer than Rozena, which makes sense given the 3-degree difference in sponge hardness.
As for spin, I think it's easier to get more of it than with Rozena. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Table tennis enthusiast (Experience: Less than a year) This is good enough for everyone!

Just like Yuichi Yokoyama says, this rubber is good enough that you think, "everyone should just use this!" It lifts backspin balls plenty well, and the short game is super easy too. I'd recommend it to anyone who's just starting table tennis and wants to get better at the fundamentals!

I love rubber (Experience: Less than a year) Could this work as a beginner's first rubber?

I used this rubber when I first started playing table tennis. What stuck with me most was how ridiculously easy it made hitting fast drives.
It also lifts backspin balls well, so I think it's a great rubber for learning drive-based techniques. That said, my impression was that it bounced a bit too much for the short game.
All in all, I think it's a great rubber for anyone who wants to go all-in on drives. Works fine on both forehand and backhand. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Feels like an easier-to-use version of Dignics.
The sponge is soft and the ball sinks into it easily.
It's easy to get spin on and the placement is good too.
Recommended for intermediate players.

Fore Table (Experience: 2〜3 years) Neither good nor bad

Nothing about it really stands out, but the overall balance is good. I was actually planning to use STIGA, but ended up putting this on my backhand in a hurry, and it turned out to be easy to use. I'd recommend it for people who haven't settled on a playing style yet, or who want stability.
Forehand for beginners.
Backhand for beginner to intermediate players.
Beyond that level, go with a Dignics rubber on the same sponge, or something else. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Rubber Sommelier (Experience: 2〜3 years) Not great once it wears out

When it was new, my drives were fast and had good spin on them, which felt great. But as it wore out, it stopped getting spin, so my drives wouldn't dip down, and combined with its naturally flat arc, I was stuck choosing between hitting long or into the net. Very few of my drives went in, and even loop drives came out as knuckle balls. It ended up having a surprisingly short lifespan.

1.5th grade of junior high school (Experience: 2〜3 years) Insane amount of spin

Tried putting this on my backhand, and the amount of spin I could get on backhand drives was amazing.
It surprised me by producing quite a bit of speed too.
Compared to Dignics or Tenergy, it's overwhelmingly cheaper.
I also think the durability is high.
I'd highly recommend it to beginners who want to move up to intermediate level. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
