It has a pip shape that's unique even among Tenergy rubbers, so the feel is kind of strange, but it has more than enough power in terms of both spin and speed, so it was really easy to use! Shots from short-game techniques like the chiquita come out with a low, sharp trajectory, but the ball also sits on the rubber well, so I never missed into the net! It's a fantastic rubber.

I've used the 05, 05 FX, 05 HD, 64, and 80 from the Tenergy series,
and this 25 is my favorite by far.
Sinking the ball in and hitting gives you a good shot,
but the shot you get when you brush it is indescribably good.
The loop drive becomes a lethal weapon.
Topspin rallies aren't as bad as people say either.
It's strong over the table, and the serve is strong too.

It's basically like a tacky rubber. The feel is also hard, just like a tacky rubber.
I think most people who are used to tension rubbers will find this hard to use.
Unlike the other Tenergy rubbers, it doesn't automatically give you spin on your drives.
But if you can brush the ball with a solid, strong impact, you get an amazing spinny shot.
Honestly, in terms of power when you nail the impact properly, I think it's even better than the 05.
The bite on serves and receives is top-notch.
I'd recommend it for the forehand of advanced players who stay close to the table and don't back off much.
If you use a blade with a good amount of flex, it eases the difficulty of using this rubber and makes it easier to generate spin — I think that works well.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

If you're good at sinking the ball into the sponge, you'll get quality serves and topspin drives with plenty of spin.
Smashes and flicks are barely affected by the opponent's spin, so you can really smack them home.
If you've been using the 05 and felt it bounces too much, it might be worth trying this rubber instead.
That said, be careful — if your swing isn't fast enough, the ball tends to come out as a long, flat shot without much spin!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Table Tennis Informant Not an exaggeration to call it Butterfly's masterpiece!!

I think this is Butterfly's finest rubber. It really has very few downsides. First, the speed is a bit lower than the 64 and similar rubbers, but no complaints there. Next, meet-hitting — how easy this technique is with the 25 is a big part of what makes it great. It's incredibly easy to use for smashes, close-to-the-table counters, and hitting down on loops — the flat-hitting techniques are top-notch! Generating spin is a bit harder since the rubber is hard, but once you get used to it, you can easily put spin on the ball even with a fast-releasing blade like the Jun Mizutani ZLC. Serves bite well, and stops don't bounce much, which makes them easier to control. Also, unlike what a lot of people write about not being able to hit when you back off the table, I don't feel that way at all — I think you can absolutely still reach the table even from away from the table with this rubber. I've used the 05, 64, and 80 from the other Tenergy rubbers, but this one is hands-down the easiest to use.

I mainly used this on my forehand, so this review is based on that.
Topspin drives don't travel very far with it, but thanks to the automatic spin that Tenergy rubbers are known for, they land pretty consistently. That said, compared to other rubbers in the Tenergy series, I'd say the control is on the lower end.
That said, meet-hitting technique is actually something I struggle with, but after using this rubber I was able to handle meet-hitting shots much more easily. It's easy enough to hit that it oddly makes you feel like you've gotten better.
In summary, I think this suits players who mainly hit close to the table, and those who want to get a feel for meet-hitting technique.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

For some reason I was using this back when I was a beginner (lol)
I first tried it back when it cost around 4,000 yen, and honestly, it's just hard (lol)
Back then, as a table tennis beginner who couldn't even sink the ball into the sponge properly, it felt really hard.
