Using this on the forehand with a Chinese penhold.
Compared to other Hurricane rubbers, it's softer and lets you hit with something closer to a tension-rubber feel.
It's easy to put spin on the ball, and serves are incredibly easy to do too.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, I felt the character is a lot like Dignics 09c. At this price, performance like this is amazing. I think it's really just that 09c has absurdly broken performance by comparison. If you can master this rubber, it can absolutely become a real weapon for you.

I've been playing table tennis for a little under two years, and this is my switch over from tension rubber. I'd failed once before by jumping straight into a strongly tacky rubber, so this time I went in more carefully. I'm using it on the forehand.
I had the image that tacky rubbers meant not much fly, hardness, and that "holding onto the ball" feeling, but after actually using it, I found it doesn't fly too much or too little, isn't too hard or too soft - it really sits right in the middle between tacky and tension performance. I never felt confused by a big difference in feel, and I didn't have any trouble like the ball dropping into the net repeatedly. Stops and flicks are stable, and on loops the ball kicks forward after landing on the table. Hard drives also come out with good spin and speed. I also really like the sharp metallic "clack" sound when you hit hard. Since the drop-off from tension rubber isn't very big, I think it's a rubber that makes it easy to move on to a strongly tacky rubber afterward, so if you're a tension-rubber user considering switching to tacky, definitely give this one a try.

Writing this from a woman's perspective.
With regular tacky rubbers like Hurricane Neo 3, it was often too heavy for me to swing all the way through, but even among Hurricane rubbers, this one lets someone without much strength like me swing through just like with a lighter tension rubber such as Tenergy, and it's easy to put spin on the ball too.
Counters over the table are easy to do as well, so I'd recommend it for both forehand and backhand.

After hitting with it, my first impression was, this isn't really a Hurricane.
I put it on my backhand, and it feels like a super-tacky version of Fastarc C-1.
It's got solid bounce, but no real tension-rubber feel either. It's a rubber unlike anything I've used before.

It's similar to the tacky-feeling tension rubbers that are common these days
(like Dignics 09c, Hybrid K3, and the Rasanter C series)
but it feels more like a tacky rubber with a tension-rubber character.
The ball tends to pop upward on its own, so I didn't feel it was all that tacky.
