It has that sense of gripping the ball, but the ball speed doesn't suffer for it — if anything, it's at the top level for both speed and spin compared to any tension rubber I've used before.
Compared to the Tenergy 05, the Tenergy 05 has far better control, with fewer mistakes.
The Rasant Turbo, on the other hand, gives you speed and spin of course, but also a topspin drive that sinks with a low trajectory.On chops, the ball grips in tight before flying off, so low, deep chops are easy to produce, but since the ball comes off fast, opinions on it will vary.
For choppers, rather than relying mainly on forehand chops, this suits a chopper who uses a good balance of topspin drives, fish shots, and curved long shots too. Recommended for anyone who wins through rallies.
For drive players, it's recommended for anyone who trades topspin drives from mid-distance. You should be able to seize the initiative in rallies.Overall Speed Spin Control

The tackiness is on the weaker side, but if you brush it with a fast swing, it generates more spin than any tension rubber out there.
It doesn't bounce much, so you can freely control the speed, placement, height, and amount of spin on your chops.
What impressed me most was how hard it is for opponents to tell a knuckle chop from a sharply spinning one, which lets you win points off your chops.
I have no complaints at all when it comes to chopping.The people I'd really want to try this are high schoolers who can practice every day and have some power — I think they could really make the most of this rubber.
The tough part is that trading topspin drives from mid-to-close distance is difficult though.Overall Speed Spin Control
