This is the best drive blade for plastic balls
It gives you the spin and feel of the celluloid-ball era, and best of all, you can hit plastic balls well no matter what rubber you use

If Sriver is the best for bounce control, this one is the best for spin control
It doesn't just spin on its own - you get exactly as much spin as you put into it

    As a simple example
you went and bought an expensive blade so it would last you a long time...
but with a beginner rubber, control is good but you can't get spin
and with an intermediate rubber, it bounces too much to handle and you still can't get spin
This is for people who have that kind of problem

Easy-to-use pips — surprisingly you can generate your own spin with it.
Attacking is easy too, but for long pips it's fairly affected by the opponent's spin.
Even a quick reflex block doesn't pop up much, so it's hard to send the ball long.
Nothing about it really stands out, but overall it's a solid, well-rounded long pips rubber.

You get that same grip on the ball.
(The kind of insane grip where you can lift a ball even from below the table.)
If you can't afford it anymore after the price hike, this is a comparable rubber to switch to.
Comes down to personal taste, but the logo on the rubber feels a bit uncool, if I'm honest…

Unlike its speed and spin, the bounce is about on the level of a defensive rubber.
That said, it's really easy to put spin on the ball.
If you don't expect it to be an attacking rubber and instead think of it as a defense-oriented spin tension rubber, it makes a lot more sense.
If your game centers on serves, receives, blocks, and loop drives, the freedom of spin you get — something old-school defensive rubbers never had — becomes a real weapon.
