The spin is incredible - even lifting the ball with a light touch from below table level, it grips the sponge and dives into the opponent's court.
Everyone focuses on the spin, but it has good speed too.
Other brands have caught up in terms of spin alone, but I don't think anyone else grips the ball this well with such a light touch.
Serve, receive, and the short game are all difficult with this rubber, so I think it's better to focus your practice there more than on your drive.Overall Speed Spin Control

Heads up
When you open the box, it has a distinctive toasty smell.
If you're sensitive to that, I'd smell it at the store first before buying.
That's the only downside.Performance-wise, it's excellent.
The bounce itself isn't anything special, but control over the bounce is outstanding.
If you put numbers to it: edge 5-6-7-7-7 center 7-7-7-6-5 edge (the numbers represent bounce).
It's also cheap, and there's a higher-end Swat Carbon version too.
Since the blade size is the same, you can use the same rubber and feel while just bumping up the bounce.
Surprisingly, even with the special material, the characteristics stay consistent.
Update
Unfortunately it doesn't get along well with plastic balls — unless you use a soft rubber, you basically get no spin at all.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch

You can tell it's light just from holding the package.
You can tell it's soft just from pinching it.
Hurricane 3 ended up feeling like just a normal rubber, but the 2 has a thick topsheet and keeps that classic Hurricane ball quality.
Even with a stiff blade you can still get real Hurricane-style shots out of it.
The downside is that the tackiness is so strong the ball grips too much (it takes some getting used to).
The quality is good, so the tackiness lasts a long time too.Overall Speed Spin Control

For serves, smashes, loop drives, flicks, and pushes, nothing beats it.
If you've got the technique to hit through the ball or graze it, you can do whatever you want with it.
Paired with a bouncy blade, you can counter all the way out to mid-distance.
Paired with a balsa blade, it makes blocking — which I'm not great at — much easier.
The sponge is firm and high-rebound rather than tension, so it lasts a long time and control is good.
The downside is that the sheet isn't very durable, so it's worth putting tape over the sheet again.Overall Speed Spin Control
