Honestly, my attacking shots go in so well it's almost like I'm not even using long pips. It even gives me the illusion that the ball will land no matter where I hit it from, and it gives me the confidence that it'll go in reliably even in tense match situations.
Because of that, I can't say the chopping performance is all that high. That said, it is stable, and it's definitely not like it doesn't cut at all, so overall I think it's a high-performing rubber! The pushes are good too.
One thing to watch out for is that it doesn't seem to suit soft, slow blades. Personally, I think it pairs great with a hard-topsheet, bouncy blade like the Joo Se Hyuk, so try matching it with something like that.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This has nothing to do with the product itself, but this was the first tension rubber I ever used!
I'd recommend it to people who want to build the basic strokes of table tennis, or for an intermediate player's backhand.
Since it's soft, it's easy to get a feel for both flat hitting and putting spin on the ball. That said, once you reach an intermediate level you'll probably start to feel it's not quite enough. If you start feeling that way, it's proof your strokes have developed, so I think that's the point to switch to a higher-tension rubber. When my old blade broke, I basically just bought whatever had the biggest discount lol
I stretched my budget a bit and put Tenergy 05 on it, but my chops weren't stable and it was hard to attack with too... so my overall impression wasn't that great! That said, it absorbs vibration extremely well, so I think it could be good for people who aren't great at holding back their shots, or for anyone who values a blade with a lot of flex.

Honestly, this isn't suited for anyone who wants to play like Chen Weixing. This blade leans more toward defense. If you want to play like Chen Weixing, something like the Matsushita Koji Offensive or Joo Se-hyuk model would be better. That said, it does pair well with long pips, so there's no doubt it's a good blade for choppers!

Since the switch to plastic balls, some players around me went from 7-ply blades down to 5-ply. I think that's because, given how hard it is to put spin on the plastic ball, they decided a 7-ply blade just couldn't generate enough spin. But with this blade, that's not something you need to worry about! It's very easy to put spin on and lets you play a stable game!
