Not great for beginners, but if an intermediate or better player uses it, it really transforms. Speaking as a chopper, it lets you keep your chops under control and still get good spin on them - the springy sponge gives you excellent control! Both pushes and counters are easy too since the sheet doesn't slip. I'd recommend this for choppers and intermediate-or-better attacking players, on both sides!

Within the Fastarc lineup, this rubber holds the position that the 64 holds in the Tenergy series. It falls quite a bit short of the G-1 in spin, but it far surpasses the G-1 in speed! For a chopper, I personally think the G-1 is better, but this rubber has the edge in stability. To begin with, Fastarc as a whole makes spin very easy to generate compared to other rubbers and produces a lot of it, so I have no complaints about the spin amount! I'd recommend it for the backhand of an offensive player who plays close to the table!

This is a classic entry-level tension rubber. It can do everything, and it's easy to learn the feel of putting spin on the ball. Since the feel is soft, I think it's also easy to learn the basic strokes with.
One strength is that when you miss, it's very easy to tell why—whether you missed the sweet spot, didn't let the ball sink into the sponge enough, or didn't brush it enough—so it'll be a great partner for beginners and intermediate players working on improving!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I had it on an attacking blade, so as someone who's normally a chopper there were some tough parts, but even setting that aside, it's hard and the ball just flies off.
So does it have enough power to blast through the opponent's block? Not with my level of impact, lol
I think it could work for someone with advanced-level impact, or even an intermediate player who really brushes the ball hard when putting on spin. I can't recommend it to beginner or intermediate players who look up to top pros and want to copy them.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I'd say the Basic is positioned for beginner-to-intermediate players and the Special for intermediate-to-advanced players, but honestly this blade makes spin super easy to put on and gives you speed too, so it works for everyone!
