The control on this rubber is just great. If you're switching from inverted rubber for the first time, this is definitely the rubber I'd recommend. That said, it doesn't get that much spin, Hammond is faster in terms of speed, and above all, it's slippery.
Well, let me go through each shot one by one.
Topspin drive
It's so-so. It's not that it gets no spin at all — it actually draws a decent arc.Smash

It's great in every way except speed. Plenty of spin on serves, plenty of spin on drives. Whatever you do, you get a decent ball out of it. But the speed just isn't there! That's the one thing I really want to say! Honestly, I'd avoid using this rubber for long serves and smashes. It's slow and doesn't have much carry...
Anyway, my conclusion is that it's pretty usable for anyone whose game doesn't revolve around smashes and long serves! Also, I'd recommend it for the backhand!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I've never seen such an amazing rubber! Drives can sink or fly unusually far, yet the serve and short game are perfect. It's practically divine!
I used to be a smash-oriented player, but thanks to this rubber I can now do both drives and smashes.

In a word, this rubber is meh... (though that depends on the person).
It really feels like a beginner-only rubber lol.
The control is good, but everything else is kind of mediocre... People always say things like "use it to learn the feel of putting spin on the ball," right? If that's the goal, Mark V is way better. Why? Because with Mark V, if you brush the ball, you actually get decent spin. But with this rubber, even if you brush it, you don't get much spin, and you can end up getting smashed. When that happens, a beginner is bound to think, "I put spin on it and I still got smashed anyway!!"... and end up not even understanding what spin is supposed to feel like.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

For a short pips rubber, it grabs a decent amount of spin — more than Grandy.
That said, it doesn't have the nasty unpredictability that short pips are known for. If anything, the only sign of that is the occasional knuckle ball on blocks lol. It's light, so I'd recommend it for the backhand!
