It's a fantastic rubber. Rather than beginner or intermediate players reaching for some random rubber, I think they'd be fine putting this on both sides.
Some say it's lacking on the forehand, but for the average player it produces more than enough speed and spin. In fact, for a player without much power like me, it can actually generate more powerful shots than a certain well-known spin-oriented tension rubber.
That said, the lifespan feels a bit short. I've only been using it for a month, but hit marks are already starting to show on the rubber...

First, I bounced the ball on the blade without any rubber on it, and hitting the sweet spot gave a bounce that's incomparable to any other 5-ply blade. Even so, the feel wasn't like a hard blade — it was more like the wood grips the ball firmly, then the ZL carbon snaps it away with a sharp crack. It's what you'd call good ball-sink. Just from that alone, I thought, ah, this is going to sell well...
Once you actually put rubber on it, the bounce settles into a moderate range — it flies when you want it to fly, and it holds back when you want it to hold back, so every technique is easy to use in an all-round way. That said, I'd say it leans more toward a drive-oriented blade than a smash-oriented one.
As for rubber, it works well both with a sink-in style stroke and a flex-based stroke, so I think pretty much anything would pair well, but given how good the ball-sink is, my impression is that it was designed with pairing Tenergy (especially the 05) in mind.
If I had to name a downside, it would be that people used to lighter blades like the Violin or Offensive might find it a bit heavy. Also, the feel doesn't transmit much vibration to your hand, so if you want that resonant feel, it might feel a little lacking.

When you hit the ball, a pleasant shock resonates through your hand, and it makes rallying fun.
It's not exceptionally bouncy, but for someone at a casual hobbyist level like me, this amount of bounce actually makes it easier to control.
Also, among 5-ply blades it's on the lighter side, so even with rubber on both sides it doesn't feel like a burden.
If you go to a table tennis shop and they have one in stock, I really recommend bouncing a ball on it without rubber attached. The feel is amazing, unlike anything I've felt before.

I switched over from a wood blade (Fortius).
Compared to wood, the ball flies more in a straight line, but it's not unmanageable. The feel isn't bothersome either. It's faster than wood.
The blade itself is lightweight, but since the head is large and the balance point sits toward the tip, it doesn't feel as light as you'd expect.
As a side note, the Chinese-style grip is fairly thick, so I'd say it suits players who mainly play off the backhand rather than those who use a lot of short game.Above all, the value for money is fantastic. These days ALC-type blades are pricey no matter the brand, so being able to get one for around 6000 yen is great. The only downside is that it's a fairly minor blade, so it's hard to find in stores.

A heavy, springy rubber that's easily affected by incoming spin
Your topspin drives come out great, but the technique needed to get to the point of hitting a drive is difficult.
If you haven't developed the skill to handle incoming spin or keep the ball from bouncing off too much, your receives will fall apart. It's also hard and fairly heavy, so you need a certain amount of strength too.
Top players prove just how great this rubber is. But still, it's a rubber for intermediate to advanced players.
Beginners might actually improve faster using something like Sriver or Roundell...
