Like other reviewers have mentioned, my impression is that this blade suits short pips and half-long pips rubber. The feel is hard, and the ball comes off very quickly. It's not the type that gives you a lot of distance, so it's probably not a good fit for players who want to do inverted-rubber topspin rallies.
For shakehand players, I'd picture a style with inverted rubber on the forehand for loop drives and hitting, and short pips or half-long pips on the backhand for hitting and knuckle balls.
For mid-penhold, I think it suits short pips close-to-the-table attacking on the front, with the lighter feel working well on the reverse side too.
There's one quirk to this blade: it's a bit thick, and it doesn't flex. Because of that, long pips rubber takes some skill to absorb the ball's power with. It's more about bending the pips to let the power dissipate while stopping the opponent's ball with the center of the pip. Adding side tape balancers around the edge would help.
This blade would also suit a backhand player who blocks with a short, punchy stroke.
It's a bit of a specialized tool for a first blade, so I think it's a good option if you're aiming for a speed-over-spin style of table tennis.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

Unlike matte-type sheets, this one has a slight sheen and the shape of the pips is clearly visible. Both on offense and defense, it seems to have the strength of landing on the opponent's side of the table even when you hit somewhat carelessly. The surface is moist and a bit tacky — if you store it with a tacky sheet, some of that tackiness will rub off onto it (lol). For someone like me who used to be a big fan of Mark V, this was a rubber that made me feel both nostalgic and aware of how far rubber technology has come.

I think it's treated as an entry-level blade, but it's a Chinese penhold that appeals to a wide range of players. If anything, the feel is on the hard side, and any rubber works with it — inverted, short pips, or long pips. Since the blade is narrower than other makers' Chinese-style blades, cutting rubber down to reuse on it is a bit tricky. If you feel the normal grip is too thick, why not try the NK-C grip?

I've used both the Chinese FL and Chinese-style grips, and it's small enough that I think it just comes down to personal preference. It might be a perfect fit for women or kids. With its compact blade, switching directions and quick, snappy consecutive shots are really easy to do. When I used long pips on it, it bounced too much and I had to adjust my blocking angle. The feel has no real shock to it. Even though it's from a minor manufacturer, it's not some gimmicky novelty item. A true long-seller, as expected.

Going in with the preconception from its reputation - high spin-reversal performance, strong bounce that needs getting used to - I used it on a penhold long-pips setup, and here's my review after that. (1) Against the opponent's drive, you really do get a sharp, biting block. It feels like the rubber wraps around the ball and returns it in reverse without you having to do anything special. That said, if you already have the skill to add your own chop, I think you could get similar reversal with other rubbers too. (2) The bounce is strong - even backing off the table, a chop-block easily reaches the opponent's court, and even when it bounces a lot over the table it's not a problem; if you can time your blocks, it's oddly consistent about landing in the opponent's court. (3) That said, I use the long-pips side for forehand shots a lot, and it felt fatally unstable for that, so this rubber is going into storage for me.
