You could call this the original European-style blade.
The ball leaves the blade quickly and you get good speed.
Might be nice if it held the ball a bit longer, though.

This is my go-to, Neo 3.
As a plus, for a tacky rubber it bounces well, feels soft, and is light — it's just full of upsides.
Honestly, it makes me question people who use Tenergy.
Well, I guess it depends on the person, so that's fine too.
The bounce is on par with tension rubber, and since the pips are spaced wider apart, the feel is on the softer side too — Tenergy is actually heavier than this.
And on top of that, since it already comes with glue applied (that built-in speed-glue effect), you even save some money.
    So really, it's all upside.
People without much arm strength will probably shy away from it, but if you've got the strength, definitely give it a try.

    Honestly, it's a so-so rubber.

The spin isn't really all that high
and the speed is just average for a non-tension rubber.

It's a tacky rubber that doesn't fit neatly into any category,
but on the flip side, I'm not sure what type of player it's really aimed at.

If I had to say, maybe someone who wants a harder version of Tackiness.

    So

I think this is the kind of rubber you'd try as a stepping stone if you're using Tackiness and thinking about moving to another tacky rubber like Hurricane.

If you want tacky-rubber spin, I think you'd be better off buying Hurricane instead, since it's around the same price or even cheaper.

For someone who wants something in the Tackiness Hard position,

I think it's good for choppers who use tacky rubber.

It's similar to Hui Long, but this one gives more spin.
As for how far the ball flies, it's about the same or maybe a bit less.
The Chinese-made sheet grips the ball really well, so the spin performance is great, and the softer sponge adds control and defensive performance on top of that.
The raw power number is low, but overall I think it's a really good rubber.

    You know how it is
it has more grip on the ball than Bluestorm or Rasant, and out of all the 2.3mm sponges I feel like it has the most grip
and on top of that the sponge still gives you some bounce
"bouncy tacky" is a weird way to put it, but that's the impression I get
it's a rubber that feels kind of like it's between Tenergy 25 and Tenergy 05.
