Regarding speed, basically 64 is higher, but if you dig into it and play it strongly you may get 05
Regarding rotation, it is about the same for some people. 64 is soft and stable and can be rotated in the drive. 05 is a bit hard, so you can make sure to rotate it even if you rub it up even if it has a maximum value high.

It produces good rotation and speed for serve and backside strokes in middle pen!
However, there is a feeling that it rampage on the board because it bounces.
