As other reviewers have said, it has a bit of a quirky character. If G-1 is the model student, this one is more like the glasses-wearing kid who's amazing only at math and science.
That said, compared to Tenergy (the top-university student), it can produce balls that are hard for the opponent to return.
It's also easy to control and reasonably priced, so it looks like it would be easy for beginners to use too.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

If I had to describe this blade in one word, it's "a well-balanced STIGA masterpiece."
It's an outer blade, but the feel is like wood. Pushes and stops stay short and controlled, and when you hit it hard, it really flies. Both spin and speed are excellent, and you should be able to hit some heavy balls with it.
I'd really like short-pips players to try this one too.
Once you use it, you'll clearly be hooked.

The balance is good.
Both spin and feel are excellent, but speed might be lacking. I think a harder tension rubber that generates speed would suit it well — something like the V15, for example.
That said, it should be plenty for beginners.
Once you reach intermediate level, you might find it a bit lacking.

The sponge is soft and easy to control. It grips a decent amount of spin and also has good speed. It's good for switching over from inverted rubber, but if you're already a short-pips player, I feel like you might as well just go with regular inverted rubber.

The feel on impact is on the soft side, and the performance is well balanced.
Recommended as a second rubber.
