I have an 82g one.
I'll compare it with what's said to be the same blade in a 90g Viscaria and a 92g Timo Boll Spirit. The Spirit, maybe because of its heavier weight, has a hard feel and bounces quite a lot.
The Viscaria feels softer than the Spirit, has a solid grip on the ball, and overall has a very good balance. Now, as for the Timo Boll ALC in this review.
The average weight of these blades is around 86g, with a lot of relatively light ones out there, so I can recommend it as a first blade for women who can't generate much swing speed, or for anyone who wants to try a special-material blade for the first time.
That said, maybe because the one I own is a light 82g, its attacking performance is lower compared to the Viscaria and other outer blades.
Even though the balance between bounce and grip (spin) is important,
this 82g one feels like it has a slightly lower overall balance than the other two.
If you want speed, use the Spirit; if you want a balance that includes spin, use the Viscaria. That said, the Spirit is discontinued, and the Viscaria is needlessly expensive.
Compared to a typical outer blade, this has more than enough spec, and given that performance, I think the value for money is good too.Of course individual blades vary a lot, but when buying, I'd suggest looking for one closer to 90g.

Fastarc G-1 is called a classic for good reason — the sense of speed and grip on the ball are genuinely excellent.
That said, I've mainly used Butterfly-style tension rubbers like Tenergy and Dignics up until now.
With Butterfly-style tension rubbers, I feel like the arc comes naturally, but with G-1, if you hit without thinking about it, the trajectory comes out flat.
If you make an effort to create that arc yourself, you can get a nice high trajectory.
Also, when you really smack the ball, the power is fantastic.Be aware that German-style rubbers like G-1 and Japanese-style rubbers like Tenergy need completely different hitting techniques.
