At 2.1 mm thickness, the weight was about 53g.
Light hits don't feel like they fly excessively.
For drives against topspin, it has spin comparable to Tenergy and even more speed and grip, producing shots that seem to stab through the air, but it still lands on the table because it spins so well. Topspin rallies let you hit deep, dipping balls and feel quite strong.
For drives against backspin, if you hit it half-heartedly it tends to come out flat, so you need to be careful. Personally I think this rubber suits playing to bring the point into a topspin rally rather than trying to finish the point directly off backspin.
For the short game (pushes, stops), I put it on an outer-fiber blade, and it was quite easy to keep the ball low while still adding spin. Chiquitas also come out with plenty of spin and speed thanks to the high grip.
For serves, pure backspin serves and reverse-spin serves (tomahawk/YG) were easy to put spin on. Personally I found regular sidespin serves harder to produce.
Personally I think this rubber suits the forehand more than the backhand. I was switching over from a tacky rubber, and since it has a feel and grip close to tacky rubber, I think it's an easy transition from tacky to tension rubber. As for lifespan, I've been using it about once a week for almost half a year and it seems to last quite long.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I use this on a custom reversible inner-carbon blade, MX-D on the forehand and MX-S on the backhand.
Light hits are nothing special. On hard shots, the sheet grips the ball well and generates decent spin, but the power falls short of recent high-end rubbers. Flat hits are easy. Against backspin it's the same story - power is a bit low, but the good grip lets you lift the ball with ease.
Blocks stay on the table without losing out to the opponent's spin. It was also easy to hold back drives from higher-level players. For the short game, thanks to the strong sheet, pushes and stops come out low and with good backspin.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The Fire Fall VC gets low ratings even on tabletennis-navi, so I hit with it using DHS Hurricane Neo 2 on the forehand and Yinhe's Jupiter 2 blue sponge on the backhand.
After actually hitting with it, I thought it was a surprisingly well-balanced blade. Spin and speed are quite well balanced, and it was really easy to use even with tacky rubber on it. Topspin drives come out fast but still get enough spin to sink down nicely. Against backspin, drives lift the ball properly while still keeping speed, so my practice partner's blocks kept flying off the table lol. I figured the short game might fly too much, but since the carbon is placed as an inner layer, as long as you don't dig all the way in, I could keep the short game under control too. Serves were the same.
So in conclusion: it has that outer-blade feel but is quite easy to handle, pairs well with tacky rubber, and I think it's a great pick for players who find inner ALC or ZLC blades lacking in distance and speed, or for players using an outer blade who want more spin but don't like the inner-carbon feel!! The price is also on the cheaper side among carbon blades, so I'd also recommend it to anyone who's been wanting to try a Butterfly outer blade!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

I've hit with this blade before, so I'd like to review it.
It pairs well with tacky rubbers, tension rubbers, short pips, and long pips, so I think it's a blade that appeals to just about everyone.
On the attacking side, this blade is on the faster end, so I got good speed and power out of it. It doesn't have that "flies on its own" feeling that carbon blades have; instead you get the grip and speed unique to wood. Also, the thickness makes it fairly heavy, so you can block and counter without getting overpowered by the opponent's shots.
Pushes and stops also don't have much of that "flies on its own" feeling, since it's wood.
It's used not only by Niwa but also by overseas players and national-level college players, so I think it's a well-balanced, trustworthy blade. I think it pairs well with pretty much any rubber, so I think this is a great blade for players who've only ever used 5-ply blades, dislike carbon, but still want more speed.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

I used this in the past, so here's a review revisiting it.
I put on Hurricane rubber, and I felt it went well with tacky rubber, but I think it also pairs well with tension rubber, making it a blade that appeals to pretty much everyone.
On offense, the balance between spin and bounce is good, and even a big swing drive stays on the table. I think it suits looping the ball more than flat hitting.
Blocks don't fly off on their own either, so they stop just right. Pushes and stops can be done while still feeling that wood-like touch, so there's not much sense of the ball flying off unpredictably.
Serves were easy to put spin on too.
In conclusion, this was an all-around blade that pairs easily with any rubber, with a great balance of bounce, ease of spin, and control.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard
