When used on the forehand, the spin and speed were lacking, and when I opened the club face and hit hard, the ball didn't rise. When I hit with a curl, the spin and speed were both decent, and the ball rose really high. It was very easy to counter. When used on the backhand, it was easy to create an arc, and I was able to hit the ball the way I wanted with drives and chiquitas. Blocking was particularly easy, as it was easy to vary the strokes, such as extending blocks, pushing blocks, stopping blocks, and knuckle blocks.
