I think this is a rubber that's good whether you use it for chopping or for attacking. I don't actually use this rubber myself, but a senior teammate does, and I found it seriously nasty to play against. Nasty in a good way. It's annoying how the ball unexpectedly stops dead. The one issue is that it's hard to handle. That's something you can't really fix without practice, and it really is difficult. But if my opponent uses this, it really gets under my skin.

This rubber checks all three boxes: cheap, easy to use, and fun to play with. I'd recommend it to people who are 3-4 months into table tennis and moving up to a tension rubber. It's a good rubber that makes it easy to get both speed and spin. The price is affordable too, so I think it's worth trying. (Not factoring in lifespan here.)

A junior teammate gave me one and I tried it out, and despite being called "hard", it's not actually that stiff. It's a 5-ply blade and I think it falls into the very easy-to-use category. I think a slightly harder rubber is easier to use with it. The feel on contact is really pleasant.

This rubber is softer and slower than I expected, so it's best paired with a hard composite blade. Unless you use max thickness, it's pretty tough to use. I imagine the regular "thick" version would be hard to get any bounce out of. People often say it's similar to Dignics 09C, but to me it feels completely different. If you want speed, you're better off with a different rubber. Be careful, it doesn't suit a 5-ply wood blade. Using it on the backhand might actually work surprisingly well. Recommended if you want a tacky rubber on your backhand.

It feels like it's marketed for beginners, but honestly I think it's a good rubber for anyone to use. It's a tension rubber, but it's soft enough that even elementary schoolers shouldn't have much trouble with it. I'd also recommend it for people who started playing in middle school. If you're moving from a high-tension (spring sponge) rubber to a true tension rubber for the first time, I think this one is a good choice.
