    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Despite being a high-stickiness rubber, it's praised for ease of use, especially in top-spin drive and tutsuki techniques. However, concerns about low flight distance and poor durability of the adhesive are frequently mentioned.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Excellent spin performance with strong adhesiveness, highly rated for drive and tutsuki
    • Soft sheet surface allows good contact even on mistimed hits
    • Stable short-range play and cut shots, strong in defensive techniques overall
    • Adhesiveness deteriorates quickly requiring frequent replacement
    • Low flight distance necessitates aggressive hitting, difficult transition for tension rubber users
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveThe stickiness makes driving easy and prevents the ball from dropping on backspin. Short-range play and blocking are simple, and it bounces more than expected, so you can use it with confidence.
▽ CriticalDespite strong adhesiveness, the rubber doesn't deliver the adhesive benefits well. The hard sponge and soft sheet combination means aggressive hits don't produce quality balls; better results come from lighter sheet contact.

Although the sponge height is high, the sheet is soft, so it can be entered even if it fails to hit. If you hit it with all your might, the fast ball sinks deep into the court. Thanks to the softness of the sheet, it is easy to hit the meat even though it is strongly adhesive.

It will be a comparison with Kyo Leopard NEO3 / PRO3.
It is more adhesive and harder than NEO3. The impression is that the power and speed are not so different.
In my case, I have the impression that the double extra only takes rotation. I think the weight is a little light, but it is the same.
Adhesive equivalent to PRO3. The double extra is supposed to be harder on the package, but the feel of hitting is the same.
The rotation is not so different, but the power and speed are much higher. The weight is about 7g.
If you are accustomed to sticking, I think you can decide NEO3 and double extras as you like.
Double extras are recommended for those who try to stick from tension.

If you buy this rubber, what is the first thing everyone will do? Many people will think that it is very sticky if it is said to be strong adhesive, but even if you touch this rubber It's not sticky and you'll think it's like a normal rubber to the touch. I think the next thing to do is to stick the balls together. I didn't feel that they were sticky to the touch, but when I tried sticking the balls together, they stuck together! Well, let's put it aside and get into the main subject. This rubber has a very slow rotation, but it has the only drawback. It doesn't fly very much, which is peculiar to adhesive, and this rubber does not fly at all because it is strongly adhesive. Therefore, when using this rubber, hit it vigorously. I think it will be easier to handle if you are aware of it. In addition, it is easy to drive and hit the bottom rotation, which is satisfactory. I found it a little difficult to play on the table.

Cutman lookalike (Experience:2〜3 years) It's really good

      Reviews by user

Because it's a sticky rubber, it generates spin without you even having to ask. If you initiate the attack yourself, the speed might be a little lacking, but smashes and such are excellent. (Recommended for players who play a defensive style like a cutman and hit softened chance balls.) I can see why Matsushita uses it.

Genba Onko Sticky Journey, Part 1

      Reviews by user

I've been trying out various rubbers because I wanted to play table tennis with sticky rubbers, and this is my first one (or rather, my zeroth rubber, since I was originally a Turbo Blue user).
The feel is very similar to Turbo Blue, but with even more stickiness. That was my first impression.
The weight is slightly lighter compared to Turbo Blue, and the vibration transmitted to the hand is only slightly weaker, so it's not a problem.
Even when hitting light forehand strokes, it generates a good amount of topspin, which is very helpful.
The downsides are that it doesn't produce many tricky shots, and the stickiness wears off easily.
After using it for two months with four practice sessions a week, the stickiness disappears, so the frequency of replacement is higher than with Turbo Blue, which is a shame.
In addition, rather than saying it doesn't produce tricky shots, Turbo Blue's trajectory changes depending on how you hit the ball, while Double Extra seems to fly quite straight, so there are pros and cons.
Honestly, I'm thinking I might stick with it forever, but I think I'll move on to the next sticky rubber.

I switched from Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Blue. It's less sticky than the Hurricane, but it's not like the slightly sticky Dignics 09c; it's just regular sticky. All techniques are easy to do: drives, pushes, stops, cuts, serves... The ball goes deep, so the opponent gets cornered. Also, for some reason, cuts are much easier to control than with the Hurricane. Drives are

I felt like it didn't fly very far. I think you have to hit it a little. It takes quite a bit of spin. It's good to have stability.
