      I thought even a regular softer tension rubber would fly too much for me to handle, but when I put slightly tacky tension rubber on both sides, it became much easier to use. If you're a beginner-to-intermediate player who really wants to use this blade, I'd recommend slightly tacky rubber. The blade's own power does a nice job of keeping the ball on the table.

      nanashi (Experience: ６〜１０ years) The best outer blade I've tried so far

      I originally bought this paired with V15 Extra, but the ball came off way too fast and I couldn't handle it at all. A few months later I wanted to try it again, so I bought one on a flea market app.

      When I paired it with Evolution MX-P, it felt like a completely different blade from before. With the MX-P it grips the ball well and lands with a nice arc.
      I've used all kinds of blades over the years, but this is the first outer blade I've come across that lands consistently even when you swing hard. That said, if you swing hard while tensing up, it won't go in, so I think it's better suited for people who swing loosely and quickly without forcing it.

      Tamas's outer blades never suited me, so I think this is a perfect blade for players who want an outer blade but also want good ball-holding.

      Someone from VICTAS brought this by and let me try it out. My impression is that it performs exactly as well as the price suggests. It comes in at around 30,000 yen, but it pairs well with VICTAS rubbers, and unlike Butterfly, the ball just lands on the table on its own. Since it's an outer blade it has strong quirks to handle, but for ease of rallying it's the best among VICTAS's blades.

      I'm basically a drive-oriented player, but since switching to this blade I've leaned more toward a fast-attack style. That said, the ball-holding is also good, so it's quite easy to use. It's not just a blade for smashing the ball as fast as possible.

      I used to use a Butterfly ALC, but I was drawn to this one because it uses hinoki cypress, a hard wood, so I bought it.
      The surface is hard, so when you put a hard rubber on it, it has serious destructive power and smashing feels great!

      I used to use the Freitas ALC. The ball comes off quite quickly, so it pairs well with tacky rubber.
      For the backhand though, I feel like tension rubber suits it better.
