A light racket goes really well with tacky rubber on both sides.

I used it with tacky rubber on both sides. Since the outer ply has glass fiber, the speed and feel were almost like a carbon racket. On top of that, it's super lightweight, so it's easy to control and I can place the ball wherever I want. For players struggling with weight,

If you want a fast-flying racket that's also light, this one is a sure bet.
It's a thick blade, so opinions on the feel will vary, but even with max-thickness rubber on both sides it still comes in under 160 grams.
It's so light that I personally feel a bit off using it, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an even lighter racket.
There's a 5.0 version too, but if you tend to play further back from the table, go with the 7.0 without hesitation.

I used this racket for about three years.
At first I had tension rubber on it,
but I was told it was making my swing look off because it bounced too much,
so I switched to a low-bounce tacky rubber.
Since it doesn't bounce much, if you don't swing all the way through the ball catches in the net. But because the racket is light, you can swing it over and over and still put spin on the ball.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

It's just really lightweight, so switching between forehand and backhand is quick, and your swing speed goes up too, letting you hit fast shots. I paired it with a lightweight tension rubber (Regalis), and it's not a bad combo, but a speed-oriented tension rubber might actually work better. I think using at least a thick sponge and letting the ball sink in a bit matches well with the racket's stiff rebound.
The downside is that while the shots are fast, the ball feels light. I think you'd get more powerful table tennis by either using a spin-oriented rubber for stronger spin, or a speed-oriented one for even more speed.
Among lightweight rackets, this one stands out for its performance, and it's cheap too, so if you're interested, definitely give it a try.

I used to have Vega Pro on before! I've got G1 on my forehand! The feel is really good, and above all you can really control your serves with it! Even without a full swing, the topspin drive flies through nicely.
The C1 I put on the backhand is easy to control and easy to block with,
