With the Fire Fall LC, VICTAS presents a new member of the Fire Fall family. The 7-ply structure of this offensive blade is based on the popular Fire Fall SC. Thanks to the new, even lighter and faster synthetic Line Carbon fiber, the overall weight of the blade is just about 85g. It really flies—one of the faster carbon blades out there. On flat hits you really get that carbon feel with a lot of speed, but on topspin drives it grips the ball and flexes, giving good spin too. It's also light, so it's easy to swing and you can hit stable shots from mid-distance to away from the table. If you're looking for a light, fast blade, definitely give this one a try.

It's not as wildly fast as other reviews make it sound.
For a composite blade it's on the soft side — somewhere between all-wood and an inner-carbon blade.

First of all, it bounces.
That bounce means the ball leaves the blade a bit quickly, but once you get used to it, control and spin aren't a problem.
People say carbon blades produce less spin than wood, but even with a topspin drive on this blade, blocks tend to sail long. (Depends on the angle though.)
Since it has plenty of bounce, speed drives and smashes are flawless. The sound of the ball hitting it is pleasant too.

It flies so well!
With topspin drives, if you really dig into the ball the spin goes up.
It's light and flies well, so I'd recommend it for beginners and intermediate players~

I love the Firefall series,
and I own everything except the VC and HC.
The LC is described as a lightweight version of the SC,
but I actually feel like this one bounces more while still keeping good control.
Even when I put a soft rubber on it, the feel isn't mushy at all —
the rubber's own qualities really came through.
It's a special-material blade,
but I feel it's fine even for a beginner to buy as their very first blade.
It flies if you swing through properly,
but it won't fly too much even for a beginner kid.
On the backhand, V>01 Stiff balances really well with it,
and if you don't mind the weight,

I used this quite a while back. The bounce is more than I expected, so the speed and rebound power are amazing. As for the feel, I feel like it comes more from the blade—I think the weight is balanced toward the head. Fast topspin drives are outstanding. For loop drives, it takes some getting used to before you can control how much the ball sinks into the sponge... I was using a stiff blade, but I think a more flexible one would probably suit it better...
