It's so light you'd never guess it's a 7-ply. That makes it easy to swing and easy to control. Also, because it's easy to swing, you can generate speed too, and it's harder for opponents to read your impact timing, so you can catch them off guard! Recommended.

The first thing I noticed using it was how good the ball-holding feel is - the touch is great and shots go in easily. And it generates real power. Seriously, it's an incredibly easy-to-use, top-tier blade.

I just bought this recently.
I originally planned to buy a VK, but decided to try a 7-ply instead, so I got this one. A friend of mine has a VK and lent it to me, and compared to the SK, the VK feels more stable and easier to put spin on. That said, when a shot lands with this one, the power is a real strength. It seems like it'll take some time to get used to, but I'm going to give it my best!!!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Switched over from an Innerforce ALC.
After getting back into table tennis after a while, I found the balls had switched to plastic and my drives were flying straighter, so I decided to try this blade, which has no composite material.
It was listed as 85g, but when I got mine, it weighed 93g.
I thought, well, that's basically the same as an SK7 Tactics then, but once I actually used it, it turned out to be really easy to handle - blocks stop dead, backhand meet-hits feel great, and drives shoot into the opponent's court like an arrow.
It flies exactly on the trajectory you picture in your head.It really made me appreciate all over again how good an all-wood blade can be.

I got to try a friend's blade, so here are my impressions.
First, even though it's a 7-ply, it's not hard. The Butterfly SK7 is also a 7-ply, but with a strong kick, whereas this one gives you a real sense of holding the ball.
It holds the ball almost like a 5-ply, but you can still feel that 7-ply kick within that, so I think it's a good option for people who feel a 5-ply doesn't bounce enough or that they can't win rallies outright.
It's a really well-balanced, excellent blade, but if you're looking for more bounce, you might find it a bit lacking.
Also, it does fall into the pricier category, and since it's a balance-type 7-ply, I'd recommend comparing it against something like the Swat before you buy.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

The feel is soft.
For a 7-ply, the bounce is fairly restrained, but it's very easy to handle.Since it's light (80g), the power is just okay, but I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a light blade but feels a 5-ply isn't quite enough.
Both drives and blocks are very stable.
