This uses one of Butterfly's popular blade constructions,
shared with rackets like the Timo Boll ALC,
the Viscaria, the Zhang Jike ALC, and the Lin Gaoyuan ALC.
Among those, this racket has a thin grip
and is light, so I think it's a racket that even women and small children can swing all the way through — I'd recommend it to players who think, "I'd like to use something like the Zhang Jike ALC, but I can't swing it all the way through."
As for rubber,

First, about the thin grip that's this racket's defining feature — I felt that short-game play like chiquita and flicks was easier compared to other rackets.
However,
- The racket itself is light

- Being an outer blade (aramid), it releases the ball quickly, so compared to inner or all-wood blades with better ball-holding, it's harder to generate spin

Matsu Ken I Love Man (Experience: ２〜３ years) For junior high students and women with small hands

I started using this in my third year of junior high.
The grip is much smaller than other grips — small-handed junior high kids or women who get used to this Matsuken grip end up so hooked that other grips start to feel hard to hold.[Speed]
Since it's an outer carbon blade, it has a lot of bounce, and if you can't control your power well, the ball sails past the table and it's hard to adjust.
Smashes are easy to hit though.[Spin]
It takes more spin than I expected.
I often use a wraparound serve, and once I got used to it, the topspin on that wraparound serve felt like it caught really easily.
It pairs well with Dignics, and the spin on topspin drives is insane too.
Serve spin is easy to generate.[Control]
Control isn't especially hard or especially easy[Feel]
You get that clacking sound typical of outer carbon.
It feels a little on the hard side.The Matsudaira Kenta ALC only really differs from the Timo Boll ALC in the grip, so I'd recommend actually holding the grip in a shop before buying.
For me, backhand and counter shots are really easy, and I found it's a racket that makes it easy to put spin on serves.

Over the table, I think the ease of doing chiquita really stands out

As other reviews mention, backhand shots are very easy with this one. Also, since it has arylate carbon built in, it has a moderate amount of bounce and takes spin well. That said, because the arylate carbon is on the outer layer, fine work like the short game requires a certain level of skill.

I have small hands, but the thin grip makes it really easy to hold and easy to put power into shots.
Overall it's easy to generate ball speed and easy to get spin.
I especially found short-game play like chiquita to be easy.

Above all, this thin grip is appealing and makes the short game easy too. Chiquita especially. Since it's Matsudaira's signature model, the backhand is clearly designed to be easy to swing! Apart from the grip, it's almost identical to the Timo Boll ALC and Zhang Jike ALC, so I'd recommend the Matsudaira Kenta ALC to people who are good at backhand or like a thin grip, and the Timo Boll ALC or Zhang Jike ALC to people who prefer a thick grip. Honestly, it just comes down to preference.
