- As other reviews mention, the standout feature is the easy-to-hold grip.
Unlike the Timo Boll ALC's slightly rounded, faintly angular grip, this one has a flatter, more rounded finish. Actually holding it, it felt somewhat close to the FL grip on the discontinued SK7.

Thin grip lover (Experience: ２〜３ years) it's amazing!

Above all, the grip is just so easy to hold. Thanks to that, my backhand shots land, land, land. Before I got the Matsudaira Kenta ALC, I was terrible at backhand — in matches and practice, whenever a ball came to my backhand I'd miss it, and I just kept experiencing the frustration of losing matches because of it. Then I met this racket. When I tried hitting with it, I was like, whoa, my weak backhand is actually landing now! On top of that, I can switch between forehand and backhand smoothly. For me, this is a real favorite racket. Why not give it a try sometime? Sorry for the long post.

Bounce: Just bouncing the ball on the blade alone, the w7 felt like it had more bounce. I've seen pros overseas say arylate blades lack reach, and I feel like I get it a bit now.
Spin: I put new rubber on for this racket, and it's overwhelmingly easier to get spin with this one — above all, there was a sense of the ball being grabbed for a split second. That's a feeling the w7 didn't have, but it wasn't unpleasant.
Thoughts: As for who this suits, I think it's better to go by other people's reviews. If you don't consciously swing all the way through, you might get more shots going long.

A junior high boy I know bought this racket
and had a kind of mixed reaction,
so I borrowed it, hit with it, and asked him about it.According to him, he lost the ability to hit topspin drives.
Honestly, reaching for this racket before he could hit a solid drive in the first place was the real problem.
Once you're at an intermediate level, it's not that hard to handle,
but the specs are tough for beginners.The grip is thin, and yes,
it does look easy to hold for girls or junior high kids, but otherwise it's for intermediate to advanced players.He apparently talked his parents into buying it for him, so he can't really admit it's not working out, so I guess I'll help him build up his power and technique!

At first I was going to buy a Timo Boll ALC, but the grip didn't suit me. I'd heard the blade material itself is the same as the Timo Boll, so I picked this one up instead, and it fit perfectly.
I'd say the thinner grip is definitely the biggest feature.
I'd recommend it to people with smaller hands like myself, or people who change their grip between forehand and backhand.
Also, since the material is the same as the Timo Boll, the performance is guaranteed. Being an outer blade, I thought the short game might be tough, but the control is actually better than the Timo Boll, so I've had no problems.
Also, since the weight is relatively light for an outer blade, I'd recommend it to short pips users who feel a 7-ply blade is too heavy.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I've been using this racket for a bit over a year now, so here are my thoughts.
First, being an ALC blade, it has that stable feel of not bouncing too much or too little.
The forehand swings through nicely, and the backhand really grabs spin.
That's the general impression.
I think the ease of doing short-game techniques like flicks and chiquitas in particular comes down to this racket's signature grip.Personally, I don't think it pairs that well with tacky rubber though.
