  Ma Long 5 (Experience: ２〜３ years) Has some flex

  

  I was previously using a Timo Boll ALC and an SK7, but I bought this one wanting a bit less bounce and more ease of putting on spin, plus more spin overall.
  The outer ply is on the harder side, so for a wood blade, the impact feel is on the firm side. Even so, it hasn't lost any of that wood feel at all, and it holds the ball firmly, which makes it very easy to control.
  My impression from hitting topspin drives is that the flex and ball-holding are great, and you can get plenty of spin on the ball.
  Compared to the Timo Boll ALC and SK7, it's weaker in pure raw speed, but I felt like the extra carry from the strong spin gave me plenty of speed anyway.
  Also, true to the blade's tagline, it produces a high arc, and I was able to keep sending over good, very consistent shots.
  Beyond that, it's a blade with no real weaknesses — every technique feels evenly easy to play.
  Serve returns also let me put good spin on the ball, probably thanks to the good ball-holding, and the control was good too.
  I was using G1 on both sides, but since my backhand impact is weak, I'm planning to switch to C1 next. On the forehand, a harder spin-oriented tension rubber is a perfect match.
  It's on the pricier side for a wood blade, but I don't think you'll regret buying it.

  以前、ティモボルALCやSK7を使っていたのですが、もう少し弾みを落とし、回転のかけやすさ、回転の量を上げる目的で購入しました。
  上板が硬めなため、木材の割に硬めな打球感です。硬めとは言っても、木材の感触は全く失われておらず、しっかりボールを持ってくれるのでとてもコントロールしやすいです。
  ドライブを打ってみた感想は、しなりと球持ちがよく、回転がしっかりかかります。
  ティモボルALCやSK7に比べると、単純なスピードでは劣りますが回転の強さによるボールの伸びでじゅうぶんなスピードを得ることができていると思いました。
  また、ラケットのキャッチコピー通り、弧線が高く、とても安定していいボールを送り続けることができました。
  その他、どんな技術でもまんべんなくやりやすく、穴がないラケットです。
  サーブレシーブも球持ちの良さのせいか、しっかり回転をかけることができて、コントロールも良かったです。
  ラバーは両面G1を使っていましたが、自分はバックのインパクトが弱いため、次はC1にしようと思います。フォアは硬めのスピンテンション系がぴったりです。
  木材合板にしては値段は高めですが、買って損はしないと思います。

  A person longing for Maorong (Experience: ４〜５ years) Enables a wide range of play!

  

  This blade feels easy to put spin on. It has plenty of bounce even for a 5-ply blade, and even with a tacky Chinese rubber on it, the shot distance barely feels like an issue. The grip is also thin, which makes the short game and backhand easy to control. It's very consistent — the ball almost lands on the table on its own (lol). If you're a powerful player, I think a Chinese rubber like Hurricane suits it, and if you're not so confident in your power, a slightly softer tension rubber would work well too. It's worth trying. Sorry for the long review!

  このラケットは回転がかけやすく感じます。5枚合板の中でも十分な弾みがあり、粘着ラバーを貼っても飛距離はほとんど気になりません。グリップも細く台上のコントロールやバックがやり易いです。安定性が高く、球が勝手に入ってくれます（笑）パワーがある人ならキョウヒョウなどの中国ラバー、パワーに自信のない人なら少し軟らかめのテンションラバーも合うと思います。使ってみる価値ありです！長文失礼しました。

  Gigi (Experience: More than ２０ years) A pleasant-feeling blade

  

  For an all-wood 5-ply blade, it has a slightly hard impact feel that's actually quite pleasant.

  Even with Hurricane Neo 3, there's plenty of bounce, so you can go toe-to-toe in a rally even from mid-distance or away from the table.

  C-1 on the backhand also feels really nice to hit with.

  If you're putting a tension rubber on the forehand, it might be better with something a touch harder.

  The grip is thin, but for me (average adult male hand size) it's just right — I like that it doesn't make me grip with unnecessary force.

  It has a firmer, more solid core hardness compared to the Acoustic.

  木材5枚合板のわりに、ややハードな打球感で心地よい感触があります。

  neoキョウヒョウ3であっても十分な弾みがあり、中陣、後陣からでも撃ち合いにもって行けます。

  バックのC-1も非常に気持ち良く打てます。

  フォアをテンションにする場合は、もう少し固めが良いかもしれませ。

  グリップは細いですが、自分には(手のサイズは成人男性標準)ちょうど良く、無駄に力が入り過ぎず気に入っています。

  アコースティックよりはしっかり芯のある硬さです。

  Lakeside Takuto (Experience: ６〜１０ years)

  

  Even though it's a 5-ply blade, it bounces a fair amount.
  But it still has that typical 5-ply ease of putting on spin and control, so it's really easy to use.
  I think the price is fair for what you get.

  Ma Long MAN (Experience: ２〜３ years) The best!

  

  This blade is simply the strongest, no question!
  It's fast and you can put plenty of spin on it!
  The backhand is incredibly easy to play
  — it honestly surprised me!
  This is a blade for intermediate to advanced players!

  Isono Kuun (Experience: ６〜１０ years) Top-class among 5-ply blades

  

  Even putting on a Rasanter, which is on the heavier side as far as rubbers go, the overall weight isn't a problem.
  Since it's a 5-ply blade, I was worried about the bounce, but there's really nothing to worry about.
  It bounces well, is easy to put spin on, feels consistent, and has good flex.
  Out of all the 5-ply blades I've used so far, this one is in the top tier.
  (And I'm not just saying that.)

  The price is a bit on the high side, but the performance is more than worth it, so give it a try at least once.

  That said, compared to the Ma Long Carbon, the power on a single big shot is a bit weaker.

  I'd recommend the "Ma Long 5" to anyone who wants consistent play, and the "Ma Long Carbon" to anyone chasing one-shot power.

  ラバーの中でも重い分類に入るラザンターを貼ってみても、重量に問題はありません。
  5枚合板なので弾みの部分が心配だったのですが、全く心配要りません。
  とにかく弾み、回転がかけやすく、安定感があり、しなりがあります。
  自分が今までに使ってきた5枚合板ラケットの中では最高クラスの性能を誇ります。
  （お世辞抜きで）

  値段が少々高めですが、値段には申し分ないほどの性能なので一度は使ってみて下さい。

  しかし馬龍カーボンに比べると、一撃の威力は劣りますね。

  安定感のあるプレーを求めたい方には｢馬龍５｣、一撃の威力を求めたい方には｢馬龍カーボン｣をオススメします。

  Twilight (Experience: ６〜１０ years) For those who want to attack on short balls

  

  I'd heard the grip was thin, but it felt like there was a bit more play in my hand, which actually improved handling. Thanks to that, it got easier to create the right angle for chiquitas. Also, even though it's called thin, the grip end still flares out, so I don't think there's any risk of it slipping out of your hand.
  The feel is like a Korbel with the overall bounce turned up and some extra snap added on top.
  I think the balance between how easy it is to put spin on and the speed is really good. I bought it without much hesitation, but since a large-grip version is also available, I'd recommend test-hitting the blade with the rubber already attached.

  グリップが細いとあったのですが、遊びが少し増えた感じで操作性が上がりました。そのお陰でチキータの角度が作りやすくなりました。また、細いといってもグリップエンドはフレアの広がりがあるのですっぽ抜ける心配はないと思います。
  打感はコルベルを全体的に弾みを上げて、弾き安さも加えたようなイメージです。
  回転の掛けやすさとスピードのバランスがとてもいいと思います。自分は思い切って買ったのですが、ラージグリップも出るぐらいですので、ラバーを貼った状態でラケットを試打するのがオススメです。
