This is a blade I was using about half a year ago. First off, personally I found it quite bouncy — as the title suggests, it's a blade whose rating really depends on how it feels to you. Since it flies well, I found it easy to play from mid- and back-court. Even so, table-top techniques like stops were quite easy to pull off. The stop especially was easy, though that's partly down to the rubber's performance too. With tacky rubber plus firm pips on the PH side, it turns rock hard. P1 was still easier to control.

My first impression was that the feel on contact was soft.
The blade is thin, so it flexes. That made it easy to put spin on the ball.
It's hard to generate power, but it was easy to put spin on the ball and easy to control.
Personally, I feel like this is positioned as a stepping-stone blade before moving on to something bouncier.

URURU (Experience: ２〜３ years) Only for close-to-table players

If you recover super fast, you can play close to the table with this, so I think it's usable.
What you need to watch out for is that even though it has carbon in it, the bounce is way too weak.
The spin is good.
I'm a powerful-drive type with a really fast swing but slow recovery, so what suits me is swinging normally from mid-distance and having the ball just snap right in — for that, this was too soft.
And when I drop back, even though I'm trying to hit a proper topspin drive, it catches in the net.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

Pairs amazingly well with Tenergy 05.
Highly recommended for players whose main game is topspin drives or counters.
The ball grips well and you can really feel the sensation of putting spin on it, so if you want to get better at spinning the ball, or you feel your current blade doesn't give you enough spin, I think this is worth trying.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

【Speed】Close to the table/mid-distance: good, away from the table: so-so — it's pretty clear-cut. Not quite good enough to call excellent. Lobs and topspin rallies tend to slow down and turn into easy balls for your opponent, so I think this suits players whose main game is loop drives and counters close to and mid-distance from the table.
【Spin】Really strong. There's probably some synergy with Tenergy, but as far as spin goes, it works great with pretty much any rubber. I feel like the sweet spot is a bit on the large side... sorry if that's just my particular unit.
【Control】Blocks, flicks, and chiquitas are all fine — even with less practice, the ball lands comfortably. That said, it doesn't seem to produce tricky, unpredictable shots easily. Good or bad, it feels like the "model student" of blades.
【Feel】It's hard, but not to a bothersome degree. I'm not the type who cares much about that, so if you're sensitive to special materials, please check other reviews too.【Overall rating】I bought this because I fell in love with the grip at first sight (bam). Setting that aside, in terms of stability when attacking close to the table, this is the best blade I've had in over a decade of playing table tennis. If you think penhold should mean one-shot power, I can't recommend it, but if you're after quick combination attacks with changes of pace and mistake-free play, please do give it a try (^_^)

With other blades, my stops would usually bounce too much and not land properly, but with this one they landed easily. On top of that, overshoot misses on things like serves, topspin drives, and pushes dropped dramatically.

You get a ton of spin. You can hit comfortably even from mid-distance. The downside is that since I don't have much strength, 86 grams felt heavy to me. Also, the sound from the inner layer wasn't all that clean. If that kind of thing doesn't bother you, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
