I like Yasaka blades, including the Ma Lin series, but I feel this is probably the best quality blade Yasaka has ever made. It's an outer carbon blade, but the bounce is controllable and the ball really flies well. Including the Ma Lin series, the Arnade is definitely another blade you can call a "masterpiece."

Among outer carbon blades, this one feels easy to handle and forgiving. It's not a wild flying carbon, more like a pure bouncy carbon. That said, the bounce is within a range you can control. That being said, beginners or less experienced players will probably find it flies quite a bit. Also, if you like blades made of pure wood that don't bounce much, this might not be for you. People say it's similar to the Viscaria, but personally I find it easier to use than the Viscaria. It feels like it holds the ball longer than the Viscaria too. For some reason, smashes and one-shot topspin drives fly out more than expected — but not like a home run, more like a slight overshoot kind of flight. It depends on how much you practice, but once you get used to it, it's a strange blade where you suddenly understand the feeling of the ball landing right on the table. Surprisingly, loops are easy to do and you can adjust the arc. Opinions on the sound will be split. Lastly, with this blade, the ball changes a lot depending on the rubber and the habits and feel of the player using it.

This is a really good blade. It's a special material but it's easy to control and the bounce is just right. This goes for the Ma Lin series too, but Yasaka's carbon blades are just easy to use! They've got flex, and what's great about Yasaka is that they don't have that "in-your-face carbon" feel. Among them, the Arnade felt like top-tier quality to me. On top of that, the grip is easy to hold and it looks cool too.

It's an outer carbon blade, but oddly enough I can adjust the bounce myself, and I love the flex too. I've used outer carbon blades from other makers before, but Yasaka's Arnade Carbon fit me better. There are no techniques that are hard to pull off with it. If anything, my old blade just wasn't right for me — since switching to the Arnade my skills have improved rapidly and I'm winning more matches. It matches well with the rubber I'm using now, so I have no complaints about how I play and no worries either. Personally I really love the grip design! Also, the grip fits my hand perfectly and is super easy to hold. People talk about Yasaka's rubbers, but honestly you could say "Yasaka is the blade brand" — this is a truly outstanding, dedicated blade.

Compared to inner ALC blades, the grip is thicker, and the feel off the ball seemed to transmit more shock to my hand than an inner ALC blade does. I do think it pairs well with Yasaka rubbers, as expected. I also think the stability is excellent. If anyone else uses this blade, I'd recommend giving it a test hit.

The feel off the ball is as soft as wood, but being an outer blade, it still has quite a lot of bounce. I think the amount of spin is high for an outer blade, but there are a lot of overshoot misses, so it takes a fair amount of getting used to. The grip is on the thinner side and easy to hold. It's light in weight too.

It has a special fiber built in that gives it speed, but since the feel off the ball isn't all that hard, it feels like it holds the ball for quite a while. It gives the impression of really bringing out the nastiness of tacky rubber. Tacky rubber usually takes time to break in on a blade, but even right after applying it, the way this ball's trajectory dips down is impressive. Just like other reviews say, this blade is exactly what you'd expect from it, in a good way. The grip shape is excellent, letting you squeeze out a bit of a drive even when you're jammed up. And it's light too. A blade made with the average player in mind — much appreciated, much appreciated.
