I had the image of it being for inverted rubber on both sides, but even with short pips on it, it was more than stable enough.

This is a well-known masterpiece among 7-ply blades.
It lives up to its name whether you're playing Chinese-style penhold or the two-winged (inverted-on-both-sides) style.
That said, it has a fair amount of weight to it, so put on a lighter, softer rubber to start.
Once you get used to it, put on a thicker rubber and unleash this blade's true appeal, its destructive power, completely!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

This is basically the Kaii Yoshida.
The only difference is the grip.
It feels lighter than the previous model, the SK7, but the ply construction is the same.
The speed really shows off what you'd expect from a 7-ply.
It's a lively European-type 7-ply blade.
It's too heavy to use with inverted rubber on both sides. Using this with inverted on both sides would be a real challenge.
If you're going to use it, I think putting on short pips or similar rubber is a good idea. It's probably better to use as light a rubber as possible, or only put rubber on one side.If I were to recommend it, I think it suits players like Yoshida who play mid-pen but only put rubber on the forehand side
or players who put a light, thin rubber on the backhand for inverted on both sides
or players using short pips who need to hold up against their opponent's power

Bought this out of curiosity.
According to the manufacturer it's supposed to be a heavier blade at over 90g, but luckily the one I got was 87g.
Total weight is 165g, and I can just about swing it.
The ball flies about 10cm further than usual.
The feel of the ball is a bit hard, but the weight is what's appealing.
When I put on the super-fast Spinnate rubber, it was really fast!
Spin comes out decently too.
I switched from a thinner blade, so this one feels very thick.
Since the ball comes off quickly, I'm not affected much by the opponent's spin, and I got a complete win against a rival chopper!
I want to applaud the manufacturer for bringing back this reissue.
That said, if you put max-thickness rubber on both sides, it's probably going to feel heavy.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Speed, spin, and control all feel great. As for the weight, it's a bit heavy, but it didn't bother me that much.

Switched from Japanese penhold to my first Chinese penhold blade.
At first I was a bit thrown off by the weight and how the hitting surface is shaped, but once I got used to it, it didn't bother me anymore. Because of the weight, you can really feel powerful shots coming through.
