The new Carbonado 245 and Carbonado 290 blades are constructed with thicker TeXtreme® 200 gram per m2 carbon fiber, providing extreme power and carbon feel. These two new additions to the Carbonado family are built with the same expert processes and quality materials as the original Carbonado 145 and Carbonado 190, with one difference – the Carbonado 245 and 290 contain 200 gram per m2 carbon fiber while the original Carbonado 145 and 190 contains 100 gram per m2 carbon fiber. Choose Carbonado 245 and 290 for top quality, expert craftsmanship, and outstanding performance, along with increased hitting power and carbon feeling.
Carbonado 245 is constructed with carbon layers in a 45 degree angle.
45 degree angle provides torsional bendability which gives the blade more flexibility and increased stiffness.
200 gram carbon fibre per m2. A thicker TeXtreme® carbon fibre for increased power and carbon feel.

This blade gives you the feeling that you're putting a lot of spin on the ball.
But it really is just a feeling.
For some reason the trajectory arcs high and stability is good too.However, the actual amount of spin is surprisingly low.
If I rate the Freitas, my main blade, as a 10,
this one would be about a 3.
It's a somewhat strange blade in terms of speed and stability.I think this could be a special-use blade for tacky rubber players who want to cover for their lack of speed by leaning into how it tends to produce knuckle balls — a non-standard way to use it — but

I think this works well if you're built solidly and can swing fast every time.
This isn't a racket that grips the ball, so hitting-style drives are hard to pull off.
The ball tends to just fly straight into the net, or if it does go in, it's too light
and isn't threatening at all.
But brushing drives are incredibly stable. Some people say it's hard to put spin on, but if you really "brush" it, you'll get plenty of spin whether it's a loop or a drive.

When I first started using it I thought it felt like the Super ZLC, but once I got used to it, it became unbeatable.
Spin bites well and it has good speed too.

I've used all kinds of blades over the years, and this one is flawless. The bounce is just right, and the sound off the blade is really satisfying. This is a blade everyone should try at least once.

You'll get it once you try it — it has a lot of bounce.
For rubbers, I think Spinart or Rozena work well.

It's not an exaggeration to say this blade has mastered speed, spin, control, and feel all at once. It has about as much bounce as Butterfly's Super ZLC. This is a blade that brings out the best in your own ability. For rubbers, I think pairing Tenergy 64 with Rozena is the best combo.

Compared to the Carbonado 45, this really flies. Being a carbon blade at 200g, it lives up to that - I could hit stable drives even from far off the table.
That said, in matches there aren't many situations where you fall back that far, and the short game was really difficult with this blade, so personally I'd recommend the Carbonado 45 or 90 instead.
How you feel about this will vary from person to person, so if you like a fast-flying outer blade, definitely give it a try.
By the way, this bounces way more than Butterfly's Timo Boll ALC or Freitas ALC!
It's maybe just a bit more bouncy than the Acoustic Carbon.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard
