Yasaka, using mainly natural rubber gum for the top sheet. This improves the level of grip and the power of spin drastically. The top sheet is combined with the new Power Sponge. The top sheet and Power Sponge work in perfect synergy, producing the Hybrid Energy rubber Rakza 7. When the player hits the ball hard, the rubber grips the ball and the stroke can be used to place the ball accurately, both in direction and length. The serve and short returns are very sharp and easy to handle. Due to the increased percentage of natural gum the durability is improved. A winning combination!

    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly praised as a well-balanced rubber for beginners to intermediate players, particularly noted for ease of spin application and control. Compared to speed-oriented rubbers, it features a more linear trajectory and stability-focused design.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Spin is easy to apply; all techniques including drives and serves are stable
    • Soft sheet and hard sponge combination enables good ball grip
    • Excellent cost-performance ratio for intermediate players
    • Moderate speed and flight characteristics suit beginners
    • Relatively long durability with gradual performance degradation
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveAfter trying various rubbers, this is ultimately the best. Spin application is easy, and even without excess force, substantial spin can be generated on shots.
▽ CriticalFor players focused on speed drives it may be good, but for loopy chop-oriented play, Vega Asia provides better spin performance.

      Used on a 9mm single-ply penhold blade.
The grip is good and it puts on plenty of spin, but the trajectory comes out low.
Also, when hitting hard, the speed is more than enough.
I think the short game is very easy to play too.
That said, since it's relatively hard and releases the ball quickly, I think you need at least intermediate-level skill to handle it well.

mushroom (Experience: 2〜3 years) Perfect for loop drives

      Reviews by user

Used on the forehand of a Latica 7.
The amount of spin on loop drives against backspin is just insane. My opponents overshoot so much it's almost funny.

s3446 (Experience: 6〜10 years) An easy-to-use rubber for getting stronger!

      Reviews by user

I borrowed this from a friend who was using it lol.
Even as a chopper, I found it really easy to use! My coach uses this rubber too, and since it grips the ball well and lets it sink into the sponge, I think it's a really great rubber for players who like to "put spin on the ball"!
The harder the impact, the further the ball flies, so the more power you have, the more I'd want to recommend it!
From a chopper's perspective too, it was easy to use, so it's worth trying at least once!!

sand (Experience: 4〜5 years) A god-tier rubber for intermediates, a bit tricky for beginners, and a bit lacking for advanced players, I'd say lol

      Reviews by user

I put it on my forehand in thick.
In a word, I'd say it's a well-balanced rubber that spins really well.
For an intermediate player like me, I think it's a god-tier rubber.
Personally, it performs great on both the forehand and backhand, so I'd recommend using it on both sides.
For the backhand, Rakza 7 Soft would work fine too.
Serves come out with good bite, and the speed feels good too.
Why not give it a try sometime?

I love table tennis (Experience: 4〜5 years) A grippy topsheet with a bouncy sponge

      Reviews by user

Since I started playing table tennis, this is the first rubber that has ever felt this right to me lol.
The combination of a sheet that really grips the ball with spin and a bouncy sponge is just outstanding!
It's also a rubber that's very easy to control! Great value for money too!!
I'm currently using an all-round blade, but it pairs great with an offensive blade too!
Honestly, I'd recommend an offensive blade lol.
I really want everyone to try this rubber at least once lol!

Yasaka's Apostle (Experience: 4〜5 years) When in doubt, choose this

      Reviews by user

Serves, drives, blocks, and so on...
There's no weak point in any technique, and it's very easy to use. The power on attacking shots is nothing to complain about either.
It's tough for beginners without much swing speed to use, but I can highly recommend it for intermediate players and above.
