Since Muramatsu used this for a while, I used it back when I was just starting out as a chopper, and I decided to give it another try now.
It's just easy to use, plain and simple!
Even without much power, it grips the ball well and sends out good shots.
The speed isn't much and the spin isn't huge either, but the control performance is outstanding!
I think it's usable at any level.

It feels like it's marketed for beginners, but honestly I think it's a good rubber for anyone to use. It's a tension rubber, but it's soft enough that even elementary schoolers shouldn't have much trouble with it. I'd also recommend it for people who started playing in middle school. If you're moving from a high-tension (spring sponge) rubber to a true tension rubber for the first time, I think this one is a good choice.

This rubber is just plain soft and easy to control, so it's a rubber for beginners. Both the topsheet and sponge are soft, so even players without much power get good grip on the ball and can put real spin on it. Oddly enough though, it doesn't get overpowered by incoming spin either, so counters work just fine. That said, its maximum power ceiling is low, so I think it would be tough to use at an advanced level... but that also means it's easy to bring out that maximum, so I can definitely recommend it to beginners.
However, with rubber prices climbing, this one also went up from ¥4,000 to ¥4,800...
Since it's aimed at beginners, having it climb close to ¥5,000 really stings. Rygan Spin, which was in the same price bracket, only went up to ¥4,200, so that's a bit disappointing in comparison. Still, since it lasts a long time, I think even with the price hike it's still good value for money overall.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I borrowed this from a friend and tried it out.
First off, it's really easy to use. Since it's soft, it has excellent control, and the ball reliably goes where you aim it. However, because it's soft, it doesn't produce much speed.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

It's super squishy. Both the top speed and top spin are on the low side (which makes them easy to bring out), so I'd recommend it for beginners.

Personally I don't think it's bad at all.
If you ask me whether it leans toward offense or control, I'd say control.
It's easy to control,
but the speed feels a bit lacking.
