Highly rated as a control-focused rubber for beginners to intermediate players, while opinions are divided on the lack of speed and spin. Many recommend its use on the backhand side.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Excellent control performance with high stability
    • Soft sheet and sponge make it easy for beginners to handle
    • Particularly suitable for backhand side use
    • Good cost-performance with long durability
    • Limited maximum speed and spin potential
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveVery easy to use even for beginners, with solid spin generation and good speed output. An extremely versatile rubber suitable for beginners through intermediate players.
▽ CriticalThe rubber is too soft and absorbs the ball excessively, causing net errors for aggressive players. Speed-driven smashes struggle with stability and lack power.

Banquet (Experience: 2〜3 years) Easy to control

      Reviews by user

These are my impressions from borrowing a friend's and hitting with it.
It's very soft, and the ball sinks into the sponge, so control is outstanding
But (this is just my own habit) if I brush the ball too much, it drops.
Vega Asia felt the same way.
Maybe it's a bit hard to get power out of it?

It wasn't a good match for me, but I think it's a good rubber for beginners (^-^)

A bake (Experience: 6〜10 years) For those using a heavy rubber on forehand

      Reviews by user

If you attack hard with your forehand, using this on your backhand can help lighten up the racket, I think.
It's better suited to hitting more meet-shot topspin drives aimed at a course rather than going for power.
It might also be good for learning backhand drives and chiquitas.

OL Napolitan The best value for money

      Reviews by user

Just like the title says, this is the ultimate value for money lol. This rubber is soft, has a soft feel, is easy to put spin on, and has a moderate bounce.
All I can do is laugh at how consistent it is for this price lol. It's a rubber with no quirks, so it's easy for anyone to use - really the best value for money out there.
But once you get reasonably strong, having no quirks can start to feel boring, and you start wanting a rubber that lets you put even more spin on the ball. So the downside is that it's almost too characterless, with nothing that stands out compared to the Tenergy series. For example (Tenergy 05: spin 10, speed 8, control 5) (Vega Europe: spin 6, speed 5, control 7) - my own ratings, something like that. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants consistency, from beginners to intermediate players!

"" (Experience: 2〜3 years) Suited for backhand

      Reviews by user

It's really soft, so I'd recommend putting it on your backhand. Despite being soft, it generates quite a lot of spin, so it's strong. The only thing that bothered me was that the speed isn't great. It might be too soft for intermediate to advanced players.

      Vegaota (Experience: 4〜5 years) Soft

      Reviews by user

I use the max-thickness version on my backhand. It's soft but has no quirks, making it an easy rubber to use. It's also easy to control, and drives are easy on the forehand side too, so I think it's good for beginners learning the basics of table tennis.

Erwin (Experience: 6〜10 years) Goes in no matter how you swing!

      Reviews by user

Even swinging all the way through on a backhand from mid-distance or further back, the ball still goes in - it's amazing. Easy to generate spin, and the drives are beyond complaint.
