Highly rated as a control-focused rubber for beginners to intermediate players, while opinions are divided on the lack of speed and spin. Many recommend its use on the backhand side.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Excellent control performance with high stability
    • Soft sheet and sponge make it easy for beginners to handle
    • Particularly suitable for backhand side use
    • Good cost-performance with long durability
    • Limited maximum speed and spin potential
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveVery easy to use even for beginners, with solid spin generation and good speed output. An extremely versatile rubber suitable for beginners through intermediate players.
▽ CriticalThe rubber is too soft and absorbs the ball excessively, causing net errors for aggressive players. Speed-driven smashes struggle with stability and lack power.

It's suited to the forehand of players without much power, or the backhand of an average player. If you swing all the way through, you get a good ball.

I used it on my backhand. Push, flick, chiquita, and other short-game plays over the table were all easy to do. Drives on the forehand side were also really stable and easy to pull off. However, the rubber's lifespan felt short. I think it's a rubber that works for a wide range of skill levels.

It's really easy to generate spin with, so I can recommend it to beginners too, and since it's easy to get a nice arc on the ball, it's stable and still has good speed

Sho-go (Experience: 11〜20 years) The soft rubber

      Reviews by user

It's soft and grips the ball really well, gets a decent amount of spin, and is such a huge hit that it's practically become synonymous with "great value for money."
Players with strong impact on the ball might find it lacking, but I think it appeals to a wide range of players.
It's also lightweight, so I don't think it's picky about which blade you pair it with.

That said, the feel off the rubber is kind of a flat "pechi" sound, which personally I didn't really like.
Also, maybe because both the sponge and sheet are soft, the durability seems low - before you know it, the edges are all worn out.

      Bri-chan (Experience: 4〜5 years) Speed is……

      Reviews by user

This time I tried putting the Europe version on a Timo Boll ALC!
At first I thought the control was amazingly easy.
But since it doesn't produce much speed, I think it's good for beginners, but as you move up to intermediate and advanced level you start feeling it's lacking in both speed and spin, so I wouldn't recommend it for intermediate or advanced players.
So I'd recommend it for beginners or anyone looking for control!

I used this back when I'd just started playing table tennis
I had it on my backhand
It has a moderate amount of bounce so it was easy to use
That said, it's easily affected by the opponent's spin

Sakuya Sakuya (Experience: 6〜10 years) For both sides, my first tension rubber

      Reviews by user

This is a really great rubber.
What makes it great is that it's an easy rubber to build proper drive technique with.
It grips the ball well, but if your drive is weak, the ball won't get much spin or will just drop, so if you want to really teach yourself a solid drive, this is the best rubber for it. If you start out with it right away, it bounces too much and you end up building a bad form, so I think the surest approach is to first build the basics - forehand, backhand, push, smash - with the Sriver FX, then put this rubber on to stabilize attacking techniques like drives and chiquita. It's a rubber you can rely on. When my own drive gets unstable, I sometimes put it on both sides of my backup blade to practice.
