I have it on my backhand. Personally I think of it as a beefed-up version of Butterfly's Tackiness or Tackifire. It generates spin well and has excellent grip on the ball, making it especially easy to chop with.

I haven't even been playing table tennis for a year yet. My rubber is a Hammond too. I didn't know what rubber would suit me, so I asked our outside coach, and he recommended this one. A senpai who uses it also said it generates a ton of spin. I thought it would suit me. I'm only in my first year of middle school and still a beginner. I'm planning to re-glue my rubber after the January tournament is over. I'll ask my teacher and the outside coach and get their permission before I change it.

I'm using it myself right now, and it generates amazing spin.
On top of that, it's got speed too, so it's a really great rubber.
I'd recommend it to anyone thinking "I want a bit more spin than what I have now!"
Pushes bite well too, so you can score points off pushes as well!
It's for more advanced players!

This rubber is basically the VS>401, lol.
When it comes to chopping, I honestly can't tell what's different from the 401. If I did a blind test, I wouldn't be confident I could tell them apart — it has a slightly stronger tension-rubber feel than the 401, but it's pretty much the same.
Fine defensive technique gets top marks with this one. Even on chops, it makes that sharp, high-pitched "crack" sound while it feels like it releases the incoming energy, which keeps the ball under control! And it cuts really well! If you don't mind a hard rubber, I think you'll be surprised when you try it!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

It's true this rubber is kind of in-between, but to put it positively: brush it and you get a tacky-style ball quality, sink it in and you get a tension feel. For serve receives and the like, it just rips with spin. The sponge is hard, but the topsheet is softer than I expected. Since the switch to plastic balls, you really need to sink the ball in to get results, so for people who like tacky rubbers, I think a tacky-tension rubber like this works well. Other rubbers I'd compare it to are WRM's Maze Pro Blue sponge, the provincial-team breakPro, and Yasaka's Shoryu.

I'm a chopper, so I'll review this from a chopper's perspective.
It barely bounces at all!
On pushes, even if you put everything into it, the ball won't fly long, so you can push with tons of spin.
For chops, it doesn't bounce enough, so I kept missing by hitting the net repeatedly.
If you hit it with a pushing motion it goes in, but then you don't get any spin on it.
I can't really recommend this one for choppers.All Speed Spin Control

It's a tacky rubber that's easy to get spin on, so pushes and flicks are great.
That said, it doesn't bounce much, so I think your attacking power drops off a bit — but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone chasing spin!All Speed Spin Control
