Every technique is easy to pull off, and I felt this was an average rubber overall. Personally, flicks in particular were easy for me.
My impression is that it's an entry-level, spin-oriented tension rubber that even beginners who've just learned topspin drives can use.
Of course, intermediate players can use it too, but I can't recommend it for national-level players.
Drives and counters are also easy to pull off, but there isn't much power behind them.
If you want more power, I'd recommend an upgrade like VEGA Tour.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I think that after using this rubber for two years, it can be used across a wide range of levels. I'd recommend it for people who are good at topspin drives, people who are good at hitting stable drives, people who like playing drives from mid-distance, people who are good at drives, and people who drive a lot. It's also easy to control, so I'd recommend it to Butterfly Rozena or Tenergy users who think those are too expensive, or to anyone looking for a cheap rubber that's easy to spin.

Black Storm Just the right hardness

Used on the backhand. At 45 degrees, a medium hardness, the sheet grips the ball instead of letting it fly off on its own, so you can really snap on the spin. Lifting backspin balls is also easy.
The maximum spin amount isn't huge, but thanks to how easily it grips for spin and its fairly high arc, you get the confidence that the ball will land on the table, so you can swing through with full commitment.

Chinese style (Experience: １１〜２０ years)

I used this on the reverse side of a Chinese-penhold blade.
Not sure if it's a good or bad match with the blade,
but with just the rubber on its own, brushing the ball thinly gives really good grip on the ball, and chiquita goes in easily too.
But if you make contact a bit thicker, the ball flies off in a completely wrong direction.
When I used it with my old Avalox N777, it felt amazing.
So basically, the downside is that pairing it with a fast blade makes it bounce a bit too much.
That said, speed is definitely better with a faster blade.
When you want to hit, snapping the ball makes it fly off really cleanly.
Speed is fast, and counters are easy too.

This is a really good rubber.
That said, it might take a few days to get used to.<Speed>
It has a decent amount. But it might not be enough for people chasing pure speed.
You might need to swing through firmly yourself.
By the way, I'm using the 2.0 thickness.<Spin>
Spin catches easily and topspin drives go in easily
But serves and pushes tend to float up, which makes them tricky.<Control>
Doesn't bounce too much, it's good.I think it's good as a second or third rubber.

Topspin drives are incredibly easy to hit. Speed is just okay, but there's quite a lot of spin, so if you mix up your shots, you won't easily get countered.

I have this on my backhand.
Counters, blocks, backhand drives, and all sorts of other techniques are really easy to pull off, and everything feels stable.
It's not like the spin is amazing, the speed is amazing, or the power is amazing, but the overall performance is incredibly high!
Man, I highly, highly recommend this rubber! If you're on the fence, go for the Vega Japan!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
