This version confers the highest dynamic and thus makes MX-P the fastest rubber of the EVOLUTION rubber family. Thanks to the perfect adjustment of the pimple geometry we managed to produce a rubber with more flexibility conferring to attacking balls extra energy. Thanks to this specificity, MX-P is very well adapted to any player’s game, making no concession in terms of speed and spin.

Since I'm using an inner-ply blade, the ball-holding is really good, and loop drives are easy to hit. It's also easy to put spin on, so I think it's kind of an all-around rubber. Personally, I feel like an outer-ply blade gives more power. It's a fairly heavy rubber, so I don't think I could put it on both sides.

Personally I think it suits the backhand better. I put on the 2.3mm version, and the grip on the ball is really good, so chiquita is easy, and if you sink the ball in properly on a flat hit you get really great shots. Honestly there's no technique that felt hard to pull off. It's just heavy though...

Against backspin, it's easy to produce shots with both plenty of spin and speed and real power.
It really holds the ball too, and you get solid feedback in your hand along with a proper sense of hitting the ball — it's a great rubber.

Here are the good things about Evolution MX-P:
- In the short game, the bounce is kept low, but you still get enough speed when you attack.
- The sheet is strong, so you can control the ball yourself even when countering.
- Serve control is excellent.
- The sponge is fairly firm, which makes flicks easy.

I used it on my forehand at first, and it felt kind of soft...
When I switched it to my backhand, it felt like I could do anything with it, it was awesome lol
Even on an outer blade it grips the ball almost too much, so if you're putting it on an inner blade I think the 50° version would be better!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Both the bounce and the spin are excellent. On the forehand I could get a full swing in, so I got heavy, spinny shots. On the backhand, though, it was harder to get a clean impact, so when I got jammed up or misjudged the blocking angle, I tended to go long or into the net. It also didn't seem to produce much arc, so I found chiquita a bit tricky. It felt hard to the touch, but once I actually hit with it, the sheet made the feel softer than expected. I think it pairs well with fiber blades, all-wood blades, inner-ply blades, or anything thin and flexible. Overall, I think this is an all-around rubber that's good for both hitting and spin play.

This was probably due to my own lack of power, but all I could really do was hit flat, fast shots. With the EL version, you lose some power but gain more consistency.
