This version confers the highest dynamic and thus makes MX-P the fastest rubber of the EVOLUTION rubber family. I feel like this rubber performs better with a compressing stroke than a brushing one. For its hardness rating, the feel on contact is very soft. For techniques like drives, stops, and pushes, it's good enough that I can't really find a weak point. That said, getting the feel for putting spin on serves was a bit tricky, but it's a rubber I'd want everyone to try at least once.

It feels medium in hardness compared to its rated number, and with the great grip on the ball and its high arc, this is a rubber that makes you say "if you can't hit this off backspin, nothing will work for you" — it's that good.
On any serve that comes out over the table, you can confidently smash a receive drive, and it lifts the ball whether you brush it or compress it into the sponge.
It covers everything from close to the table to away from it, and works on both forehand and backhand without any preference.
It's an extremely all-around rubber, but if I had to list weak points, I'd say "speed drops off a little (though it's still plenty)," touch shots like stops are "a bit easy to get affected by incoming spin," and it's "heavy" — but the strengths overwhelmingly outweigh those.
Control on serves and blocks is also good, and the amount of spin is on par with other high-spec rubbers — if anything, considering how easy it is to generate spin, this one comes out ahead.
If your swing speed is above average, you'll really feel the standout "grip on the ball" this rubber is known for.

The sponge is on the harder side at around 47.5 degrees, but the ball sinks into it so well that it doesn't feel all that hard.
On top of that, the grip on the ball is really good, so there's a real sense of security that the ball will go where you aim it.
It feels like the speed has been dialed down a bit in exchange for maxing out the spin.
I felt it was about as good as Tenergy 05.That said, there are times when you can tell it's easier to get affected by the opponent's spin.

I switched to this from Tenergy 05. The arc is high and the grip on the ball is good, so it's easy to put strong spin on the ball, which makes drives really powerful. It has a hard feel on contact, and without power behind your swing you probably won't get proper spin on it. On receives, it's easy to get affected by the opponent's spin, so it works well if you commit to overwriting their spin with your own.
I'd recommend it for the forehand of intermediate-to-advanced players, or for a drive-focused backhand.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I use it on the backhand. I'd say the biggest features are that it flies quite well and still feels stable. In a match I went up against a chopper and landed a normal backhand drive (the brushing kind) without any trouble, which honestly surprised me. The arc is nice and high too, almost like a tacky rubber. I used to use the original Rasanter R47, and just like with that one, if you try to hit a close-to-the-table backhand drive the same way, the arc is high enough that you need to adjust your angle a bit. My forehand has a tacky rubber, so when it's humid I swap forehand and backhand, but the impact is strong enough that when a lob comes I can smash it down hard. Lobs are easy to handle too. Pushes fly a little long. Stops can be controlled if you make contact right as the ball lands on your side of the table.

The feel and the way the ball flies are similar to Tenergy, so I'd recommend it to anyone who's hesitating because of Tenergy's price.
Meeting the ball is easy too, and you get good power. That said, the ball quality is quite honest. Given how solid the impact feels, my impression is that blocks come back a bit more than expected... That said, because it's so honest, it's also easy to control, and it's easy to aim deep drives, so if you place your shots well it's easy to get a clean winner.
Including how easy it is to hit flat, this is a rubber that always gives you a consistent ball.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
