    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
A high-performance table tennis rubber well-suited for aggressive playing styles. With a horizontal grain pattern that provides spin comparable to backside rubber, it receives overwhelming support from intermediate and advanced players, especially those transitioning from inverted rubber. While adaptation is required, it becomes a powerful weapon when mastered, combining stability and hitting power.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Spin rubber that achieves spin levels close to inverted rubber
    • Outstanding speed performance ideal for aggressive play
    • Easy to hit drives and smashes with high stability
    • Smooth transition for players switching from inverted rubber
    • Produces few knuckleballs without conscious effort
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveDespite being a pimple-out rubber, it generates substantial spin, and drives are so stable they go in even with casual shots. It's very easy to transition from inverted rubber, and smash opportunities are easy to finish. This is an excellent rubber.
▽ CriticalAs a spin-oriented pimple-out rubber, opponents adapt quickly and it lacks variation, potentially defeating the purpose of using pimple-out rubber. Also, executing flip shots is difficult with beginner-level rackets, requiring intermediate or higher skill level.

This is really a spin-oriented rubber. The sponge is soft and it almost never slips. If you hit it hard with a flat meaty shot it feels a bit like hitting with a bare board, but if you brush up on the ball, it draws an arc you wouldn't expect from short pips. Control is fairly easy too, but since it grips the ball so well, it's also easily affected by incoming spin. This is only my second short pips rubber, so I'm not even sure I fully understand short pips yet, so please take this review as just a reference. Also, "Routis" is the blade I'm currently using.

Miruhi-Holstein Saiyan (Experience: 2〜3 years) Fast!!

      Reviews by user

I'd been using long pips up until now, but since I felt limited on offense, I switched to short pips for the first time. At first it was hard to handle since the ball would fly off a lot, but once I got used to it, the ball goes into the opponent's court at incredible speed, so it's ridiculously fun!! Actually, it's so fast that an average player can't even return it!! Anyway, it's amazingly good!!
