The new version of the spinny pips-out rubber Super Spinpips Chop Sponge. While the tried-and-tested pips-out rubber sheet enables defence strokes with heavy backspin, the new extra-soft sponge absorbs much of the energy of your opponent‘s attacks, thus providing for maximum control. A pips-out rubber for modern defenders combining excellent spin characteristics with maximum control. In addition, the Super Spinpips Chop rubber sheet enables sudden close-to-the-table attacks. Super Spinpips Chop II was developed by the legendary defender, Koji Matsushita. With this rubber, Japanese super talent, Yuto Muramatsu, has become a world-class player within a very short time.

I'm currently a chopper.
The advantage of chopping with short pips is that it's easy to produce knuckleballs. But this Super Spin Pips Chop Sponge 2 bites the ball just as well as long pips, while still being stable.
Attacking shots are also sharp, and if you cut your pushes well they turn into a short, slightly-spinning ball deep on the table — I think that's good for beginner to intermediate players.
However, switching from long pips to this short-pips rubber comes with the downside of less bounce, so that's something worth keeping in mind too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I'm not a chopper. Shakehand, with an unorthodox rubber setup.
I use this at extra-thin thickness on the backhand of a Defplay Senso.
The ease of controlling placement in every direction — front, back, left, right — is incredibly easy for me.
Also, for quick backhand counter-attacks (that "flicking" feel), the ball comes out with a slight knuckle, a low trajectory, and a satisfying "pop" sound along with real speed, so you can go on the attack.
Pushes bite well too, with that instant chopping feel.
I find it easy to return the ball all around the table to my opponent and then finish with one big forehand smash on a ball that pops up — since switching to this rubber, my backhand has become a real weapon.

Both chopping and pushing are genuinely easy with this rubber. Chopping especially isn't just stable — it also puts on a huge amount of spin. I felt like this was a really good rubber.

Using the thin version on my backhand. Chops bite quite well and are easy to keep low, and pushes get easier once you're used to it. The tricky part is attacking, but if you focus on hitting with the tip of the blade, you can attack fast. Just for fun I flipped the blade around and used it on the forehand, and I was shocked at how error-free my drives were. I'd recommend it for intermediate and advanced players.

Defensive craftsman (Experience: 2〜3 years) Short pips that can produce insanely heavy backspin

I'm a chopper in my second year of junior high.
I normally use long pips as a chopper, but I bought this looking for more bite on my pushes.
Chop
Compared to long pips, it's harder to keep the ball down, but for short pips I think it's pretty controllable. Also, you can produce both no-spin (knuckle) chops and heavily cut chops with it.
Push
It bites like crazy! Sidespin pushes are easy to do too.
Receive
Since I was used to long pips, it was tough at first, but I felt like it wasn't affected by incoming spin all that much.
Summary
I think the biggest strength of this rubber is the bite on chops and pushes. So I'd recommend it to anyone who prioritizes spin. Also, if you're switching from long pips like me, you'll probably find it harder to keep your chops down at first, so I'd recommend starting with extra-thin or thin sponge. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

The spin-oriented top sheet makes it possible to put real spin on your chops! It's genuinely easy to use, so I'd recommend it for attacking-style choppers!
