For the first week after putting this rubber on, it was too hard and I couldn't get good shots or good play out of it. But after a week, the rubber softened up a bit and the ball started sinking into the sponge (at least that's how it felt when hitting).
To get good shots out of this rubber, swing speed is everything! If you chicken out and swing slowly, the ball weirdly flies long or drops short, and it's not consistent. I think it's important to swing with confidence.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

It doesn't feel as hard as the specs suggest, and it's really easy to hit with.
My impression is that it's more of a speed-oriented tension rubber than a spin-oriented one.
The counter especially goes in with a really satisfying feel, so whoever you're playing against can't do anything about it.
You can also get plenty of spin if you put the effort in.

When you hit it lightly, you might wonder "is this okay?", but if you swing all the way through, you get an incredible shot. The short game is also easy since it doesn't seem to get affected much by the opponent's spin. But best of all is the counter.

I switched over from Fastarc G-1 - the spin dropped just the tiniest bit compared to the G-1, but control was easier, chiquitas were easy to do, and backhand drives were easy too. Personally, I think it suits inner-carbon or all-wood blades. The hardness is just right, and it suited me pretty well.

The speed and weight of the ball on a full swing are amazing!! If you make sure your timing isn't late and strike the ball out in front, you get the best possible shot! Flicks were also easy to do. But controlling my serves was difficult.

It takes time to get used to. I've been using this rubber for a year now, and I've still only managed to bring out maybe 70% or less of its true potential. Even Koki Niwa apparently took a considerable amount of time to get used to it, so as I said at the start, it'll take regular players quite a while to adjust too. Here are my thoughts on the rubber as things stand now. Drives, chiquitas, and pushes are all easy to do, I think. And the counter, which is this rubber's main selling point, really is the standout - the easiest technique of them all, hands down. Unless you're a pretty high-level player, I think 2.0 thickness is plenty. Max flies too much. If you have even a little interest in this rubber, you should give it a try. I'm sure you'll fall for it.

You get plenty of speed and plenty of spin! I thought it was suited for close to the table, but you can swing all the way through fine from mid-distance too. Blocks and counters are great, of course. Serves feel like they're not spinning much, but they actually spin quite a bit. Overall, I think it's a really good rubber.
