I put a 2.0mm Extra on my forehand.
The forehand is pretty hard, so the ball comes back on its own.
The push shot doesn't get any spin unless you really focus on it.
Serves tended to come out a bit weak and easy to attack.
Drives tended to come out light.
But the counter — it goes in like magic. You can really smash it with a satisfying feel.
If you idolize Koki Niwa and put this on expecting the same results, you'll get burned. I did.
I think this is a counter-specialized rubber for super-advanced players.

I think it's quite hard. Tenergy is soft and easy to use, but this one is pretty hard. It's tough for beginners or intermediate players to handle well. It's fine if you're hitting to one spot, but when you're moving all over, you'll drop the ball. Players who can use it well range from strong prefectural-tournament-level players with power up to world-class players. For someone like me who's made it to nationals but doesn't have much power, it's tough going. If a prefectural-level player without much power uses it, they'll probably only manage light, weak balls. And if that's the case, no matter how many times you hit it, it'll keep coming back. If you want to win at nationals and have the power, V15 is good; if you don't have that much power, Tenergy is better. Honestly, at prefectural level, Tenergy FX would be fine. For nationals, regular 05 is good.

My first impression after hitting with this rubber is that the ball leaves the racket very quickly, which makes control a bit tricky. As for spin performance, if you can really get the ball to sink into the sponge, you can produce scary amounts of both speed and spin. But if you can't get it to sink in properly, the ball flies off before it picks up spin, turning into a weak, straight ball with no life.
On the backhand side, it's a rubber that makes flat hitting very easy, so it might be perfect for people who like a hard rubber on their backhand.
Lastly, about durability. Practicing 4 days a week (3 hours a day), I'd say it's time to replace it after about 2 to 3 months.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

First off, it's hard. For practice or hitting to a single spot, the performance is flawless. The drive is deep, spinny, fast, and heavy, so true to the rubber's concept, the power is amazing. I feel like it's better than Tenergy. But it's hard to control in tense match situations, or when you can't fully commit to your swing (that's a technique issue). I'd recommend it to advanced players or intermediate players with power to spare. Especially when driving against backspin, you need quite a bit of power. If you can swing with good form every time, I think you can make the most of it.

If someone with real power uses it, I think it can outdo Tenergy. It depends on the player's technique too, but the topspin drive comes in with an incredible arc, deep into the opponent's court. The rubber only really shows its power when you sink the ball into it, so it's not for beginners or intermediate players. Once you get the ball to sink in, you can produce drives with insane amounts of spin. Counters also come in deep with an insane arc.
I'd recommend this to powerful players with a close-to-the-table, fast-attacking style.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I'm using this on the backhand side of an all-wood 5-ply blade.
Since it's a hard rubber, you can do everything — counters, blocks, flicks, shallow and deep drives, stops.
It's also easy to vary your serves between heavy and light spin.You can attack whether you're close to the table or further back, so it's really easy to use overall.
That said, some people might feel it flies too much or grips the ball too well.

I'd always been a bit skeptical of this rubber, but after actually using it, I feel like I understand why people recommend it.
Even when you swing forward, the ball doesn't fall short. Spin shots tend to fly in whatever direction you swing.
Including against backspin, if you swing forward the ball comes in with a metallic-sounding thwack, almost like a winning shot every time.
Against backspin, if your swing goes too much from low to high it tends to fly too high, so except for loop drives it's more stable to catch the top of the ball and swing all the way through forward.
You can also produce heavily spun short serves, but it takes more power than with Tenergy.
Serves with an upward brushing motion seem to fly easily in the direction of the swing, which makes controlling the height of the ball feel a bit difficult.Overall, the ball comes off scarily fast, but somehow if you swing forward it goes in the court in a strange, almost mysterious way — that was my impression of this rubber.
