It's similar to the Rigan Spin, but a bit softer and doesn't fly much. It feels like a high-elasticity rubber. I'd recommend it for beginners practicing their drive.

This is a fairly old rubber and also cheap, so it's not one you use for top-tier specs.
The hardness is on the soft side, feeling like about 42.5 degrees.
Comparing it to the Rigan and Vega Europe, this one felt the best of the three for ball-holding and the sound of the hit.
For speed: Vega > Fly-Att Spin ≥ Rigan.
Honestly there isn't much difference in spin amount. For blocking, the Rigan is maybe the easiest, roughly speaking.
What really stands out is the sound.
A satisfying sound has a surprisingly real effect (boosting motivation, telling good hits from bad ones, helping you commit to a full swing, etc.), so

I used this on my forehand for about three months, but after a month and a half it felt like the grip on the ball was gone. I found it easy to use, but I think it deteriorates way too fast.

This rubber is a great recommendation for beginner to intermediate players.
It works on both forehand and backhand.
Serves really bite, and it handles the short game and pushes without any trouble.
Drives go in reliably too as long as you put good spin on them, so it gives you peace of mind.

I switched to this out of curiosity, wondering what it would be like to put a softer rubber on my Relevant. I have it on the backhand side.
Maybe because the sheet is softer than the sponge's German hardness rating of 45 would suggest, it handles like a 42.5-degree rubber.
The feel on the ball has no quirks, and especially close to the table, both short-game shots and drives feel great to hit. That said, despite being marketed as a "spin" rubber, I don't feel the spin performance is all that high. It spins more than the Rigan, but not quite as much as the Rigan Spin — it's a subtle difference.
What surprised me, though, was meet shots like flicks and smashes. The speed isn't especially fast, but the control is really effective. It responds well to mid-swing adjustments too, and straight shots land satisfyingly. What is this, seriously?
As for weaknesses, they show up mid-distance from the table. It doesn't carry much distance, but if you hit it hard, it goes straight into the net. Maybe that's because the sheet is soft. From mid-distance, drives with a rolling touch or smashes from a high contact point seem to work well.

This is a tacky tension rubber (though a tension rubber that feels like a tacky rubber — the feel is different, you know?). The speed is on the slow side. The sponge doesn't have much bounce.
As for spin, it's top-notch among tension rubbers used as a second or third rubber (the light-tension type). It doesn't fly much and produces a good arc, so it's rock solid in the short game. Chiquita in particular works really well. The sideways chiquita especially — you're like, "does it really curve that much?" The upward chiquita (speed chiquita) does drop off though.
Good for beginners. Intermediate players can use it too.

I wanted more spin, so I used this as my next rubber after the Fly-Att Soft. It grips the ball well and spins a lot. Control is also easy, so I think rallies get really stable. It has few quirks, so it's a rubber anyone can use. I use short pips on my forehand and Fly-Att Spin on my backhand, but if you want to compete on spin, I'd recommend putting it on the forehand with short pips.
