Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The C-1 comes into the series softer than G-1 and P-1 but a bit harder than S-1 for more speed while still maintaining a high degree of control. Slower and controllable in the short game, good placement and pace on medium shots, and power on solid shots.

The sheet is excellent. It doesn't slip even with a light touch. It's highly suitable for loop drives, and I used it to build rallies with smashes after loop drives. If using it on the forehand, I think it's suitable for people who clearly differentiate between loop drives and speed drives or smashes. If using it on the backhand, it's usable if you don't mind the ball flying upwards. The lifespan isn't bad, but it seems to chip easily. The price and the coolness are the only things that are a bit questionable, but personally, it's a god-tier rubber. (As a side note, I was so addicted to loop drives for a while that I couldn't hit drives that dig into the ball anymore, so I switched to a different rubber (lol))

This rubber is incredibly easy to use on both the forehand and backhand sides. The sponge hardness is a comfortable 45 degrees, making it easy to play near the table and reducing stress during play.
However, it's not really suited to the kind of hitting technique where you cover the ball and dig it in, like with Tenergy. I found it more suited to a technique where you hold the racket relatively upright and hit the ball (using both the topsheet and sponge), so that's something to keep in mind.
