This is my main rubber right now! My blade is a Reinforce SI, with Fastarc G1 on my backhand. Total weight is 186g, which is light for a tacky rubber - my particular Xiang Long sheet weighed 47g! I'd recommend it as a forehand rubber for junior high schoolers!

This rubber feels more like you're flicking/springing the ball off rather than brushing it. The tack level is light - the ball just sticks for a moment. Some people were saying it's about as hard as G-1 or Rakza X, and that matched exactly what I was looking for, so I bought it - but it was way harder than G-1 or Rakza. It's about a bit harder than V15 or Tenergy 05 Hard. I wish people wouldn't write irresponsible stuff like that.

I switched over from Nittaku. Honestly, it's hard. But it produces crazy speed and a high arc. I mounted it on an Arnade Inner, and at first I had a lot of overshoots because the arc was too high. Once you get used to it, splitting shots cross-court or down the line becomes easy, and you can get plenty of spin too. It's also easy to counter with, and serves bite really well. I think this is a rubber that works on pretty much any blade. Maybe the ideal progression is: Mark V series → Rakza 9 or Rakza 7 Soft → Kiryu → then Xiang Long?

Xu Shangnin (Experience: ２〜３ years) Good rubber

I heard that Takuya Jin uses this, so I mounted it on both sides of my Arnade blade and gave it a try. I thought this was a really great rubber. Pushes and stops hold really well, and blocks stop the ball nicely too - it has that classic tacky-rubber feel, while also having the springiness you'd expect from a tension rubber, which I really liked.

When you just tap the ball on contact, the speed comes through properly.

I used this at special-pressed thickness on my forehand as my first ever tacky rubber. The tack level is light - just a bit sticky. The feel when hitting is not much different from a tension rubber, but thanks to the light tack, spin does get on the ball. Serving feels fine too, no discomfort at all. But what surprised me the most was hitting against backspin. I'm not great at it and usually can't do it well, but with this rubber, even a light grab-and-lift motion gets spin on the ball and it goes in, and even if you just smack it flat it still goes in lol - honestly it kind of shocked me lol. Even against heavily cut backspin, the tack holds its own against the spin, and the base sheet is strong too, so hitting against backspin is up there as one of the easiest things to do with this rubber. Definitely recommended as an entry point into tacky rubbers. I've found my go-to forehand rubber lol

It's fairly hard, so it takes some strength to sink the ball in, but when you hit it with a solid impact it's stable and gives you both spin and speed. Loop drives are great too thanks to the tack. Compared to G1, you can't get lazy with your strokes, but in exchange you get more speed and more spin. The only slightly worrying thing is the trajectory arc is a bit low...
But because of that, the ball reaches the table faster, so you can blast right through in one shot, which feels great. Recommended for players with a strong impact.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
