Since this rubber is built for speed, it isn't all that strongly tacky. Still, I think it's a rubber with good consistency — if you spin it, it spins; if you stop it, it stops.
Personally I find it easy to put spin on, but in terms of sheer spin amount it doesn't quite reach Butterfly's Tenergy 05.
One thing to watch out for: the strength of the tackiness varies between individual sheets, and the rubber is quite heavy. If you use it on both sides (inverted on both sides), the total racket weight could end up around 200g. So I'd recommend it for players who put short pips or long pips on one side and play off variations in spin.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The amount of spin is amazing. It's basically Yasaka's version of Hurricane. The price isn't too high either. Put it on your forehand and you can have great topspin rallies.

It doesn't beat Hurricane Neo 3 on spin, but it beats it on speed. Being a tension-type tacky rubber, its attacking power is high. I'd recommend it to players who want speed along with a tacky rubber.

I use this on my forehand. Being a tacky rubber, you can put a ton of spin on the ball, but that doesn't mean the speed suffers for it — it's not like that at all. It gives plenty of speed too. Among tacky rubbers, this is probably one of the faster ones. It has enough grip on the ball that it should handle the plastic ball fine too.

The hardness is around Rakza X or Fastarc G-1 level — soft for a tacky rubber. Neither the sheet nor the sponge is rock hard. Hitting-wise, it feels like a Skyline with speed glue applied.
I originally used tacky rubbers, but when speed glue was banned I switched to a spin-oriented tension rubber. I never liked the slippery feeling when brushing the surface, though, so I tried Shoryu and got hooked.
It doesn't feel very "tacky rubber" in character, so people who've always used Chinese tacky rubbers will probably be dissatisfied. I used to use softer tacky rubbers a lot (like Taki Fire or Triple Speed), so I love this rubber.
I'd say it's closer to a tension rubber than a tacky rubber, but dead stops work fine with it too, which is nice. I'd recommend it for anyone moving from a spin-oriented tension rubber to tacky.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Bisukaria A rubber that feels tacky

If you're about to buy this expecting a tacky rubber that spins a ton, you're overestimating it. It doesn't spin all that much (at least by tacky-rubber standards). With that in mind, here are my thoughts.
First, the good point is probably the speed. The blade matters too, but for a tacky rubber this has surprising speed. It's relatively easy to generate speed with, so it works well even for players with weak impact — it seems like the kind of tacky rubber that could become popular.
Next, the downside: I'm still left unsatisfied with the spin. The way it grips for spin feels closer to a tension rubber. It feels like the spin never quite fully bites. The ball just doesn't feel heavy enough. Also, what I personally like about tacky rubbers is how easily you can vary the amount of spin, and this rubber doesn't have that, so I can't really use it thinking of it as a tacky rubber. Chops, dead flat balls, and all sorts of other tricks — that's what a tacky rubber should let you do. Even Hurricane Neo 3 gets complaints, so calling this a tacky rubber is honestly hard to accept.
Finally... expecting speed from a tacky rubber is the wrong approach. I can generate speed myself!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I put it on both sides and tried it out. Being a tacky rubber, it gets a ton of spin. Speed and control are more than enough too.
