Due to its slightly harder sponge BLOWFISH+ supports the offensive ambitions of the pimple out player efficiently. Based on unusual broad pimples and the medium-size sponge, this type offers an explosiveness that in a jiffy turns every block into an effective shot. Another highlight of this pimple geometry is the extreme stability. It prevents the pips from bending down while the ball is hit thus it enables topspins with good spin. While conventional pimple-out rubbers could only offer these features along with a distinct loss of control the BLOWFISH+ shows strength also in passive playing situations.

Novice kid (Experience: 4〜5 years) Easy for inverted-rubber users too

      Reviews by user

I don't think many people use this on the forehand, but I think it's easier to use on the backhand for players who run inverted rubber on one side and pips on the other.
Smashes come out with good speed and made a good impression, though the ball drops a little easily.
Overall it felt similar to the Hammond FA. I think it's also easy to switch to from an inverted rubber.

more (Experience: 6〜10 years) Well-balanced, fast rubber

      Reviews by user

I switched over from inverted rubber and I'm using the 2.0mm. It's probably down to my own playing style, but I find this easier to play with than inverted rubber. The spin feels neither strong nor weak. It bounces quite a lot, so stops are a little harder to control. That said, flicks and meet shots are very easy to pull off — you can either blast through with one shot or spread the ball around at a good tempo to create chances, and in terms of ease of attacking play, it's second to none. You can do topspin drives with it too. Blocking is fairly easy as well. With the right touch, you can even do a controlled two-bounce block.

      Kaolin Soft short pips

      Reviews by user

No question, this is on the soft end among short pips rubbers. But that doesn't mean smashing is hard — if anything, it feels like a rubber that improves on the blocking performance of traditional short pips.
